Desert Hot Springs Spa Hotel

Big pool, and nice restaurant. Gated parking. Stuff very friendly.

The natural mineral hot springs here are fantastic, great place to relax and rejuvenate.

Clean room. Mineral water pools Mineral pool with " jets" was not working. Somewhat disappointed. Resort started a new $ 14.00 per night parking fee (which they waived). Parking fee not listed on webpage

The views from the 2nd floor The pool was dirty milky looking snd has a lot off chemicals ( may be) cloring etc and is no more like minerals water

The price was really good deal until I got charged $15 fee for being on the property daily charge and $14 dollars a day for parking as well so it came out too $90 for 3 or 4 days

First room we were given 114 had mold so bad, the bathroom drywall was soft. We were moved upstairs to 214, YAY!, but quickly learned that the shower water did not get hot. The faucet just spins, there is no hot/cold. Four nights without a shower. Told more than one employee, zero improvement to the water temperature. Thankfully, the outside soaking tubs were warm, but it would've been nice to wash our hair. Will never come back. This place is going downhill fast.

The front desk staff and the price. My bedding made me feel itchy all night which made it hard to sleep. Also the room adjacent from me there was people smoking and getting high and in and out all night until about 1 or 2 am, I had my son and husband in the room with me and could smell their substances in the air. It lingered into out room so I called security and they said they would handle it. But they still continued. So even though the price was great and the staff were great, I was just uncomfortable all night.

Rooms are dated. They have refrigerator and microwave but they are old and not clean. The outside premises are dirty and the mineral hot tubs are not cleaned or in this trip not hot. Shower water was not hot ti only got to room temperature. I would not venture out at night.
