From the moment I walked in, the cleanliness of the hotel stood out. The lobby shined, the elevators were spotless, and the hallways smelled fresh. My room was thoroughly cleaned—no dust, no smudges, and the bathroom was sparkling. Even the smaller details, like the neatly arranged amenities and perfectly made bed, showed consistent care. It’s clear the housekeeping team is doing excellent work.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Unique during our check in. We found 3 bugs on the desk area, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

My one and only huge gripe and it hasn't been with this hotel chain only, is that Expedia advertises them as having a pool as does the hotel chain. My 11-year-old and I showed up to find a green tiny swamp pool with a padlock on it. My son races BMX throughout the State, and having a pool to cool off and recover in is extremely important. These hotel chains need to stop lying and update Expedia when their pool is a swamp with a padlock on it.

The staff member who checked us in "Eunique" was kind and very helpful. No working phone in-room and on one side of the bed there was no working light or plugs.

2. Minor amount of water was leaking at the base of the toilet 3. For whatever reason iPhone reception was poor for room 103. 4. Staff was excellent and very kind which was the reason I tolerated the deficiencies.

If you're looking for a cheap room for the night it will work, the beds were clean, but the carpet was something you don't want to walk on barefoot!

Locked out my room Staff was sleeping in back, had to go to my car because the staff wasn’t in the front desk.
