Property overall is in need of some fine tuning and sprucing up

the pool to unclog the toilet Was closed for 2 days they do room service every three days

The hotel was clean, and I like how the house keeper was so friendly always checking to see if we needed anything.

The building was better then the room our bed felt like we was in the floor also the bathroom was a little dirty and no trash bags in the trash tub was dirty you could here all the kids all night the refrigerator was not plugged in was real hot so couldn’t put our food in it no microwave in room for a Hilton probably you should get more

Staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean, parking is gated and secured.

Loved our stay wish it was upgraded like other hotels and that breakfast was included in the price, however it was a great comfortable stay.

The room flooded with sewage water then got told I had to wait to change rooms,

This hotel is definitely worth the money! They desperately need to do some remodeling as they are starting to look a little worn!

No AC in the room. Run down room with a broken door that needed full body weight to open

I thought that the breakfast was free because it was listed with the other free items that was free. Guests need to purchase breakfast at the grille 39 resturant for a price unless you have a ticket for free breakfast.

Too many kids running around unsupervised and pulled the fire alarm we had to wait outside until it was all clear the bigger problem was my autistic grand had a episode from the fire alarm noise he doesn't do well with loud noises and it took a while to calm him down

I wouldn’t let my pet fish stay at this hotel very unsanitary room was dirty alone with the bathroom I had to put on shower shoes and line the tub with a bath towel to shower 0 out of ten I don’t recommend

Hotel very clean

Our stay at DoubleTree Hotel was a little mixed. The staff was pleasant and curtious. However the toilet seat was not very clean and there was no microwave in the room which was a slight inconvience. The bed was comfortable and had ample pillows. The air condition was excellent. Did not have time for the pool or gym. Overall the stay was pleasant. The Hotel's (halls and floors)itself was very clean.

ice machine did not work on my floor so the inconvenience of having to go to another floor was quite frustrating. the mini fridge in my room also never work or got cold.. 5th floor

Trash was in my room could not use my bathtub both were brought to management attention but were never fixed during my stay

We had the loveliest time. Location was perfect for everything we planned! All staff was helpful and kind. We will be back.
