Great location and very nice hotel.

I arrived after an 11 p.m. flight, exhausted and expecting to check in and rest immediately. Instead, due to an issue with the hotel’s booking system, the staff could not find my reservation, and I was left standing at the front desk for over an hour. I had booked this hotel specifically so I could rest after my flight, yet I ended up losing more than an hour because of a problem that was entirely the hotel’s responsibility. What was even more unacceptable was the lack of any sincere apology or compensation. The hotel made the mistake, but I was the one who paid the price with my time and energy. A very poor experience and a disappointing level of customer service.

Clean and place looked great but service was slow and employees can be more helpful when needed for help.

The location was great and valuable for that alone. Staying here the night before an early flight was great. The hotel is a little dated and the room wasn’t maintained for what they charge but other than that, I couldn’t complain about waking up 30 mins before boarding a flight. Room service food was great too.

spilling and burning my fingers. I reported this to the front desk. Also the heat in room made a a shrilling noise and it was very annoying and and disturbing!!! I would like a refund for my hotel stay,
