Really bad black mold problem in the room and hallways. Visible mold all over the room. Carpet was wet when we arrived. This place is a health hazard.

Loved the size of room, appliances in good order. Liked the full size shampoo, body wash. Conditioner hand soap mounted on walls. ELEVATOR BROJEN DOWN was a huge issue for me cartilying everything up and down 2 stair flights. Upon first look room appeared crisp and clean but carpets need cleaned badly. Clean wall under sink in bathroom, something nasty looking sprayed there. If I hadnt had to use stairwelldue to elevator being out i never would have seen how filthy carpet was there, and rails sticky. Location was great near fairgrounds and I will go back, hoping they do done cleaning before next time. Breakfast wasn't bad, staff there very nice.

Not a good place never refunded my money for I had a family emergency and had the insurance they still refused my refund

No hot water, roach in bathroom and elevator broken entire stay. Breakfast had terrible service, stale cereal and expired yogurt.

The room was clean but, the toilet's tank kept running

Easy to get to from the highway. Bright upon an evening arrival. Clean Safe Kind Staff Complimentary Coffee available at all times. Complimentary Morning Breakfast - Room was slightly loud - echoed Free Wifi - No real place to do business work outside of the room. Air conditioning unit was a little loud in our room. Would recommend and stay there again!

For the price, you can’t really complain. Room was clean for the most part (found crumbs on the table between the beds). Good location if you are going to kings dominion. We stopped for just the night en route to our destination. Staff was nice, breakfast had eggs, turkey sausage, waffle maker, breads, cereals, yogurt and apples and was all good. Biggest drawback for me was it sits next to train tracks and when the train comes through, it is very loud and the bed even shakes slightly.

Great property for our stay. Clean, well kept, easy parking, friendly staff, reasonable price and decent breakfast. Appreciate the no fees for our service dogs too. Will stay again if ever back in the area.

Room was clean The A/C fan ran all night and it was hard to sleep. No way to turn it off unless you turned the A/C completely off

Room was not clean enough, hairs on the floor and in tub. Didn't look like it was vacuumed (even after changing room). Also didn't realize a train was going to drive right by room extremely loud around 4am!

The beds are comfortable and clean The first room had a damp unpleasant smell as if the carpet hadn’t been dried up, we had to ask for another room. Second room was better.

The hotel it self has a smell, but the rooms are the worst. As soon as we opened the door, this stitch of mold musty smell hits you in the face. The Ac runs either very cold or muggy hot there is no balance. Dont bother with breakfast, unless the only thing you are eating is toast and cereal. The juice is watery sugar, the yogurt is dispense from a machine and taste like toothpaste and the eggs must be made from a powder mix. They dont have a kitchen all the food comes out of a liter as l walk in closet. The breakfast attended is literally working out of a walk in closet.

Just the fact that my room smelt like smoke in non-smoking room

breakfast was disappointing, basically free coffee yogurt from a pump. Hand soap from a pump, shampoo from a pump
