We really enjoyed our stay. We went to a concert it was a close distance to the venue, the breakfast was great especially the omelette bar. The staff was amazing introducing every thing. We will come again!

On our room the A/C was too loud every time it comes on. Too noisy that was our only issue with it but we love our room.

Premium Floor and experience. The bathroom in my room had a vent located directly over the toilet that was uncovered, which was concerning and not very appealing. Additionally, the toilet ran continuously throughout the night, which was disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. I would recommend that the hotel address these maintenance issues to improve the guest experience.
