Capital O Dallas/Duncanville

The sheets were full of cigarette burns I got to room almost 3 am and left 11 that morn & only a day refund was given because the manager said I stayed one night. Even a manager in training stated they need to shut the hotel down after she came seen the room. Horrible experience

The hotel could use a few updates here and there, but honestly nothing major. It didn’t really affect my stay and I would stay here again.

Room was alright the bed sheets smelled bad and ac did not work well

Went there to check in asked to see a room wasn’t allowed to see the room. I was also told if I paid for the room I couldn’t get a refund if I didn’t like the room.

I canceled it was terrible blood on the sheets , people in the front and cars sitting , it was very nasty

I found a dirty bowl in the dresser drawer when I checked into the room. I have pictures to show proof I need to speak to someone about a refund or something needs to be done.

The price should of been $50... Just needed somewhere to sleep ..Piss ring under mattress topper so they could improve the cleanliness and the rest wouldn't be so bad.. Back door doesn't lock so anyone can walk in but I carry so it wasn't a big deal for me.

Coffee and microwave would be great

Nothing at all. Everything! The maintenance man/ manager is an old rude white man. That’s don’t talk directly to you he’ll talk to the people around you, about you as if you’re it there. The rooms smelled like someone sprayed pinesol and water all over the room. The ac blow at 75 degrees and no higher. The maintenance man/ manager call himself cleaning the vent which was covered in nothing but thick dust and dirt he lay the screen on the floor and spray cleaner on it and scrubs it. Into the carpet! And when they couldn’t accommodate me, the young lady at the front desk was very rude, short smart mouth answers, no eye contact, just unprofessional and just right unexceptionable.

Stayed 4 nights room never got cleaned no new towels or anything

I wasn't happy with the state of the hotel but you get what you pay for. The sheets were clean and the bed was bug free. If you are looking for more disappointment awaits.

There were roaches . Blood on the windows. Stained dirty carpets. The shower faucet was broke. Their wahers and dryers were broke. The hallway to the room was filthy. Trash everywhere.

Place is not for the weak. I had to change rooms 3 times due to the room being dirty and air conditioning not working. Did not feel safe in this area at all. The back door was broke and anyone could come in and out.

Staff Bugs and the rooms were extremely hot!!

That hotel is a trash, do not go there please!!! Everything is dirty, lot of weirds people!!! Don’t go there please …..

The average $50 hotel experience

It was extremely dirty nothing was clean in the rooms ,I had to ask to be moved to a different room due to the ac not working a

Air Conditioning is broken. We have to tell the receptionists 3 times that its boiling hot in the room. We have to open our door room so the AC coming from the hallway will help the room cool down. Staff was not friendly at all. The room they moved us has no towels, no essentials and the washroom was not clean. The toilet was used and didnt flushes. The shower makes really loud noise, feels like you're in a horror movie. Staff really need to retrain on how to interact to a customers. Everyone is just minding there own business while customers are waiting in line to check-in. Horrible service negative 0.

If you want something budget friendly great place but don’t expect much else
