Good place to stay

Great value, comfy beds, clean rooms

Quiet room, with kitchen. Helpful staff, and free access to a guest laundry. It's a bit out of town, but that can have its positives too

The room had an unpleasant smell. Glasses did not appear to be clean.

Nothing staff tells u what u want to hear so they don’t have to deal with u believe there Mold ther having rather bad sinus issues after staying there will def be finding a new hotel

The room was clean and the desk staff was helpful. As we were staying only one night, we weren’t able to take advantage of the amenities. I would stay again.

Great place to stay

Ancient hair dryer. And rooms need updating. Old pillows and ac was from the 80s. Room was clean. For the price need a big refresh. Also hotel claimed to have soundproof rooms which was not the case.

Hallways smelled bad, our room smelled like fish, furniture was old and stained. Nothing was kept up well like the pictures show. Very disappointed. The only positive was it was quiet and staff was nice. Will not stay again.

We were there for my husband's surgery. He ran into a major complication and things got wild. I didn't know how long i had to stay so I made reservations every 2 days. Everyone was helpful and concerned. I thought the room was very clean, for the most part it was. I spilled water on the floor, got a paper towel to wipe up and I was surprised to see how much dirt was on the towel. That was all I found, and it is a floor, but it shouldn't be that dirty. We love staying there, very comfortable and if I had to get stuck 100 miles from home with such a terrifying experience, i wouldn't want to be anywhere else. How easy and helpful it was to work with the staff

Below expectations from the online description

SIZE OF ROOMS - GOOD BREAKFAST - HELPFUL STAFF Breakfast is very good. The hours are 6-9 AM on weekdays/7-10 weekends. Couldn't it be extended to 6-10 AM, or at least 9:30 AM on weekdays? Looking at leisure travellers and at the fact that checkout is at only at 11:00.

The property needs some upgrades. I stayed here before and had a better experience. There were no hangers for clothes in the room. The door wasn't closing properly, it was clear it had to be forced open sometime. They closed breakfast at 9am on Labor Day, although the sign stated breakfast closes at 10am on holidays. So I had to go buy breakfast outside. The coffee machine ran out of coffee and it took them 20 minutes to find someone who knew how to open it and load more coffee beans.
