The bed was not very comfortable, I have stayed there before and the bed seemed more comfortable.

The only issue was at the Dive Bar outdoor patio. It was completely invested with spiders. We still sat out there but my husband had to stop multiple spiders from dropping onto our heads and table. We still had a great time and the staff was wonderful.

Just underwhelming. Had a suite but didn’t feel like the service matched.

The staff were so helpful. Our room was good. The furniture was a little dated. There was a small amount of hair in the shower, no big deal. The parking is free in a garage next door, but the garage elevator was not connected to the hotel.

Clean friendly Cost was very high and we got back we wanted to go to the bar which was not opened

Kimberly at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. We were unable to park in the lot due to height restrictions and she went above and beyond to help us make something work. Everyone was very friendly and room was clean and comfy.

It was a wonderful place to stay for our 30th wedding anniversary! The desk staff was great too!

We had the margarita pizza, not the best. The server forgot to put in our appetizer, they did take 10.00 off the bill. The old Fashion at the rooftop bar was excellent

Located right in the heart of downtown Eau Claire. Room/hotel was very clean and comfortable. Bed linens were nice Reception staff weren't overly friendly. Greeted with a scripted greeting trying to upsell to a more expensive room rather than any welcomed with any personality or warmth. No breakfast available. Not even a tea or coffee station. The bathroom towels weren't very nice. Felt like what you'd get at a super cheap budget motel

I had several relatively minor problems which I reported to reception and they assured me that they would be taken care of these. However, it never happened. Also, room was never cleaned during my two day stay.
