Pool was cold. No hot tub. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Everyone was very friendly. Location was perfect. Very clean. Our room keys did not work properly. That is my ONLY complaint. Everything else was awesome.

The front desk staff were completely indifferent and unhelpful. When we tried to make a basic request about our room amenities, the management was rude, dismissive, and acted like we were a bother. Also, the room was 'dust central' with dust settled everywhere. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust that looked like it had been forgotten about for months. The bed sheets were full of dust, and when we asked for them to be changed, the owner refused

It was truly an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The property was beautiful, the atmosphere was refined and relaxing, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating, attentive, and professional. Every detail contributed to an unforgettable stay. I can confidently say that I have found a destination worthy of becoming our annual retreat for vacation and wedding anniversary celebrations.
