Best Western Plus El Paso Airport Hotel & Conference Center

Loved the pool breakfast bar pool tables outside patio Could be a little clearer

This hotel is ok. The pool is nice, but the rooms/interior are run-down. The shower water never got very hot. House cleaning did not refresh the room once during my four-night stay. The breakfast is delicious. The staff is kind and helpful, especially, the front desk people Amber and Victor. The bar, Teddy's, which was connected to the lobby, was cool. It wasn't a terrible stay, but I would probably choose a different hotel next time.

Staff in kitchen very nice and food was great!!!!

Exceptional

The people in the front desk were very kind.

I have stayed here multiple times in the past and it was a very pleasant experience. Up until my latest stay. The cleanliness has diminished as well as the amenities. There were other guests there that were concerned about the same issues.

Very good

I liked that the hotel called when I forgot clothes in the closet. The bed was very uncomfortable and housekeeping did not clean room during my stay.

The room was dirty. The floor was so dirty and looked like it hadn't been swept in awhile and it definitely wasn't mopped. The faucet in the bathroom leaked also.

Nice place. Would stay again.

Bad

I got this Best Western confused with the other Best Western that’s only a mile away at the airport. Anyway, once I got there the staff were super friendly and helpful. I did notice that the hotel itself was in a pretty bad state of disrepair. It seemed like everywhere I walked down the hallway, there was a broken air conditioner. I also used the hot tub and the pool and they were pretty dirty. The pool itself was very murky. You couldn’t even see the bottom. It was gross and the hot tub had brown scum on the top of the bubbles. I mean overall my stay itself wasn’t bad but the upkeep could definitely use some improvement.

Disappointing

The rooms look nothing like the pictures posted online. The carpet in both our room and throughout the hotel was extremely dirty. The door to our balcony was broken, and both the balcony and the furniture in our room were covered in a lot of dust. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well maintained, and it was very disappointing compared to what was advertised in the pictures.
