one lamp was unplugged and I was unable to reach the plug bathroom light was out over the sink staff was very cordial - I know the place is undergoing a renovation but this could have been better

Disgusting dirty stinks I would never recommend that place of nobody very dirty very poor maintenance old as soon as you walk in you can smell it nasty false advertisement from pictures to ask what it is

The property was owed. The room was musky. Smokie pile in the bathroom was broken Old amenities.

Since we got into the room, the smell was so bad that I didn’t wanna breathe in so when my wife enter the room she we stay that night and then the following day we got a a better hotel

Nothing We booked a suite 2nd night we were moved to a regular room because air conditioning stopped working we were supposed to be contacted and moved back and nothing. Room they moved us to the bathroom light and outlets didn’t work

THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM! NOT 3 STAR RATING! Its disgusting and old dirty broken furniture. My bathroom had no shower curtain. It was like a jail cell.

Easy parking and nice staff Old dirty rooms

Registration states room service is done every other day, three nights stay no room service was done had to get towels from front desk. Refrigerator in room had to get replaced first day stay because of loud noise and not cooling, replacement made no noise but did not cool. Hot tub was out of order all time I stayed at hotel. there is a distinct musty order throughout hallways. 5 years ago, this hotel was nice not any more, I booked the king super suite.

Not clean and very rundown! The rugs, hallways, elevator were moldy smelling and really neglected . Our room did not look very clean and the door of the ancient bathroom would almost rip off the wall when you opened and closed it . Never again . I will say it’s very convenient to the airport .

I had reserved a handicap room. I got a tiny regular room. The toilet was so low to the floor a needed my walker to get off of it. The pool was closed the entire stay. Friday the weather was perfect. Saturday as well. We spent the day at the local waterpark. Front desk was so rude. He told me there was a flood warning. I live on the gulf. I know storm danger. When I asking housekeeping they said the maintenance people just close it. So as not to clean it. Breakfast was horrible only thing eatable was prepackaged food. The carpets were filthy and worn out. No room cleaning, no clean towels, no trash emptied. The other party I traveled with had no ac. They got a new room where the electricity was faulty. They spent the last night at a different hotel. Horrible experience. Probably the worst hotel stay I've ever had.

Horrible super disappointing. Wasn’t clean the place is super old and it had a strong mold/mildew odor and I had ended up breaking out in hives. Had to book another hotel after flying in expecting a nice/clean hotel room. It looks nothing like the pictures online.

Cleaning stuff was very unprofessional. They were talking like, they were not at a workplace. The restroom had absolutely no toilet paper. Thankfully, we took our own we. Requested for them to stock it. But they never did. The restroom light kept fusing out. The carpet was extremely dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. Although we were on a first floor room that was nonsoking. Extremely dirty restroom, sink and it would not drain the water. You had to lift the plug inside the sink In order for the water to go down. The room itself was just very dreary, musty, and not as advertised by the pictures on they're website.

It was a great place to stay and very close to the airport. We had 2 rooms, the suite had great space and layout. The balconies were nice to stand on and watch the planes. Restaurants nearby were good. a couple chairs for the balcony would have been great.

Dirty Staff was talking unprofessional Pool hot tub was broken. Smelled like cigarettes on 1st floor room. Bathroom light kept turning off No toilet paper.
