Hotel Paso Del Norte, Autograph Collection

Highly disappointed with my recent stay. The valet scratched the wheels on my car, showing a complete lack of care. On top of that, the hotel forgot the amenity service that was supposed to come with our champagne. For what they charge, this level of carelessness is entirely unacceptable. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values your property and your business.

Good

Parking is not included can range depending if you drive in and out of the garage

This is one of my very favorite hotels in El Paso!

The staff was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make even a single night special. They allowed an early check in and because it was our wedding night we entered the room to a complimentary champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries and a handwritten note congratulating us and thanking us for choosing them to be a part of our big day.

Glamorous and comfortable

Las habitaciones están recién remodeladas, y el lugar está muy cerca de restaurantes y bares

Excellent

Clean, great location, very comfortable rooms, friendly staffs, great views. Can walk to many restaurants and bars, stadium is a 5 minute walk. We paid for parking, the first parking spot we parked in left water damage on the hood of the car from a leak in the ceiling, the parking space was level one, to the left of the elevator, third spot from the elevator. Still working on getting it out, looks like it will eventually come off.

The hotel’s overall facilities feel quite old and outdated. I also noticed that housekeeping left used towels on the hallway floor, and they remained there for a long time without being cleaned up. It made the environment feel very unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Lovely property and great views from upstairs bar and pool area

Easy breakfast ordering

The hotel was really nice but the room was not equally as nice. I for the price I would not stay there again.

Perimeter. Would not recommend.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again in the future.
