Room was clean, bed was comfortable

Hotel was very rundown , dirty with cockroaches in the room . Never would stay in this hotel or area .
-
The room was ok, but there was a chair in the room that was very filthy and the shower was clog and the shower door was coming apart when you would pull on it to open it. The room where you opened to go inside had a smell. Where you buy stuff from the vending machines floor needs to be fixed. Lots off repair needed in that hotel

The air unit was so loud on the 4th floor room 421. They also pick up trash outside at like 2 in the morning it’s super loud and disruptive for sleeping. I like this hotel and will continue using it but not too happy about the noise level.

It was an okay stay there

The staff was great very friendly

The hallways were worse than expected. The room was severely neglected. The room was loud from hallway noises, Highway noise, and a loud AC unit that had a whining fan. If we hadn’t arrived so late from a delayed flight I would have relocated. The only redeeming factor was a clean, albeit noisy, jiggly bed. To make matters worse the woman at the front desk was flat out rude to me until my husband showed up and she was extremely friendly with all the male patrons. She created a force field so that I was unlikely to bring any concerns back to her due to her hostility.

The room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke so we didn't unpack. We just turned our keys in and left and stayed somewhere else that night.
-
The location was very good I just felt like the air conditioner could’ve cooled the room a little bit better

The front desk associate was rude, condescending, and obnoxious. We wanted to check in early that morning and I had an email from the facility stating that yes we could but the African American lady argued with me in front of customers having breakfast that morning and proceeded to tell me that she didn't have a written notice and we couldn't check in. She yelled at me in front of everyone and I felt very humiliated. I did report her but unfortunately I didn't get her name. She is of African American descent. The time this occurred was between 7:45-8:30 am. She needs to be reprimanded, fired, or needs to take a customer service course because you don't treat customers in that manner. I'm a dialysis patient and I was there for a kidney transplant appointment/evaluation. My family and I were very tired and wanted to rest and freshen up. I will never recommend this facility to anyone at all. If the front desk associate had that attitude, I can just imagine the rest of the staff. With regards, a very unhappy customer!! So we left and found a facility that did accept us and we stayed until Tuesday August 4th. They were amazing and incredible staff and personnel!! Attitude!!
