Sunrise inn

It was overall horrible if I didn’t have to stay there I wouldn’t unfortunately where life is right now I have a limited options. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Terrible bugs everywhere.

Nothing the shower handles were broken no TV the refrigerator was broken I had to kill a bunch of roaches it was terrible Everything about this place was awful

The room was filthy, bathroom was completely dirty, piss all over the toilet seat, hair in bath tub, sink as well, OMG an Fking roaches.

Tv blew out no pictures just sound One of the room doors we had looked easy to open had to use the furniture to lock and feel safe Soooo much roaches Tired of buying roach spray No fire alarm??? Found a whole crack pipe and band in room bed frame for one of them broken Shower is pink the sink was gonna fall off the wall. Literally. Never got any new blankets when requested had to go thru so much trouble just to be satisfied or have a decent nights rest . I want a refund!

STAY AWAY!!! room full of roaches and bed bugs, a/c leaks water to inside the room. JUST STAY AWAY

There were roaches everywhere.

The employees don't bother anyone , but they also don't offer housekeeping on the regular

Staff never came to check on us was there a week

Unsafe and unsanitary. Irresponsible management. I’m not sure why any paying customer had to be subjected to these conditions. I should have canceled the reservation immediately. Will be reporting the property to the proper administration this week. M.Carroll

Room had not been cleaned in a long time. Dead and alive bugs of many types, including roaches. All items had to be shook and bagged when leaving. Sheets were stained and required a complete sheet and pillow case change. I didn't expect much given the price, but it was worse than anticipated. AC worked well, but dial was busted so had no idea what speed fan was on.

AL llegar al hotel me dijeron que reservaron era para la tarde cual Yo necesitaba la avitacion esa noche . Me estaban cobrando $40dolares más para darme la vitacin me dijo que cancelarían la agitación al día siguiente descrito qué me cobraron de todas forma después que me dijeron que no habria ningún cargo

The owner of this franchise tried to cheat me out of one night stay while his maintenance staff stole all my belongings and both the hotel and maintenance staff refused to return the belongings even though I filled out a police report I am sure this matter will not be dealt with.

Quite, relaxing and we booked for couple more nights.

Location and flexibility. Roaches. Everywhere and in everything. Unreliable cable and zero internet access.

Could have been cleaner. Only had one towel and one wash cloth in a room with two people
