To add I also would have never booked the hotel had I of known it was next to a train track. That absolutely needs to be disclosed. I have stayed in many hotels and there has been quiet hours. People were noisy outside since there is a park-like outside my door. And running across the room doors. Why is quiet hours not mentioned or enforced. The room was smaller than expected but very clean. We appreciate this! Disappointed the sink and toilet were not in one bathroom. This delayed any of us to prepare for the morning or evening while the other continued to sleep or went to sleep earlier. The staff were fantastic! The two gentlemen who checked us in were great and friendly. One of them was there when we checked out. Again he was great! 👏. He listened to my points and acknowledged my disappointment.

Nothing There is a hidden deposit fee that is not posted up front on booking.com. I was unaware of this when booking. When I tried to check into the hotel I did not have the deposit fee and could not access my room. I ended up sleeping on the street in the rain as a result. I am struggling to get my money for booking back still. I will never use booking.com again, nor will I stay at Red roof inn

Rooms were cleaner than expected. The bedding was clean and so was the floor. I appreciate the metal bed frame which reduces the chances of bed bugs. The curtains really provided a blackout room which allowed me to rest better. The sink drain didn't have a latch for the stopper which limited how much I could use the sink. Common indoor areas could be cleaner. All in all a good this was a good stay for a reasonable price.

The beds weren’t made, was there on a 2 day stay. They charged me an extra $100 for the cleanliness of the room. The room itself was tiny. When they did replenish the room it was strictly only towels. Dos not replenish enough and left a dirty washcloth in the shower.
