The staff was very accommodating but I found stains on my bedding and trash under the bed, my wife wanted to use the whirlpool tub but it looked dirty around the nozzles. But it was a nice atmosphere just needed a little cleaning up.

Breakfast was just ok Hotel needed refurnishing badly. Cracks in tile entrance. Caution tape wrapped around column. Halls and elevator need paint.

This was perfect for our stopover to Cleveland! Super convenient on and off the thruway. The room was spacious and clean. Will book again!

Breakfast lacked healthy foods. Yoghurt was high sugar version. Only powdered scrambled eggs. Fruit was only bruised small apples and smaller oranges that were not fresh. Nothing else that could be remotely healthy!

The rooms are a decent size no complaints with that. It’s the overall cleanliness. My eyes I see a lot of dirt in different places. The curtains had stains, so did the bathroom walls and around the shower heads and curtains rod holders. They need a serious upgrade with the rooms and walls.
