300$/night for a renewed motel is much too pricy

Loved the cute decor and design, both inside and outside, and everything felt very clean overall. I especially liked that the bedding and towels were all white. The cleaning crew was always on-site, which was convenient when I needed extra towels. I also appreciated the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and hangers. The lobby had affordable snacks and amenities available, which was a nice touch. Great location super close to town. When we needed help with something we called the customer service phone number and our problem was solved immediately. They were very helpful. The only thing that didn’t feel completely clean was a slight black buildup starting to form around the small windowsill/handle in the shower, which made me hesitant to touch it. The bed was comfortable but a little too firm for my liking.

The location was great for my needs. Ample parking. Keyless access was very nice. The A/C unit was ridiculously loud. I woke up every time it kicked on.

Nothing really. Maybe doing reno. Had new outdoor area with hot tub and seating. Bathroom tiny. Window crank would not close window. Tiny room. Had closet no light. Tv maybe 19 in. Had to log in so didnt bother. Havent stayed anyehere in years without microwave or hair dryer. Overpriced for what you get.

Consider adding a little sink to kitchenette area.

Convenience to Rocky Mtn NP and town of Estes park

Recently renovated motel with modern decoration, perfect for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. Self check in facilities but the team is readily available online for any assistance required. Love the supplies available for purchase in the common room for any quick fixes needed.

This was such a great place to stay- the room was gorgeous, comfortable, and clean. There was a nice outdoor area to sit and relax. The staff was super responsive, even when we ran into a parking question at 10PM. Close proximity to everything! Nothing at all!
-
The room is small and had no counter or shelf space in the room to accommodate the placement of things. There was storage in the closet for clothing that was unpacked, but a few shelves in the room to accommodate cell phones, water bottles, etc. would have been very helpful.

Low priced, clean, good shower, fairly comfortable bed. Had a very nice common area with grill, hot tub, comfortable chairs & gas fireplaces My unit (1) was right on the highway & very loud until evening.

Small - no breakfast places close

Everything was really good. Great location

Excellent stay. Place is well taken care of and clean. Highly recommend!
-
The place is cute, well decorated almost log-cabin ish. The check in is the easiest I’ve experienced. My only small suggestion is TV placement which faces off in another direction and is parallel to the bed instead of facing it. Easy fix. Other than that, great stay. Oh sorry- put above. TV placement is odd.

Clean, comfy, quiet. Fully updated. So close to everything. Will stay again. I don’t like that I have to leave tomorrow!

The heating was verry loud.

I liked the responsiveness of the staff. When I had a problem I texted and they responded promptly. They also acknowledged the problem and refunded some of my money. The bathroom in the room they moved me to was awesome! The heating element is horrible. Most heating elements turn off when they reach the desired temperature, these heating elements went from blowing hot to blowing cold. I was trying to remember the last time I had to sleep with a hood on my head and I think it was camping when I was a child! The bed frame was squeaky and I could not sit on the edge. Never saw a person just text messaging.

The room was really lovely. The mattress was super comfortable. Coffee that was provided was excellent. There was plenty of hot water. Check in/out was super easy. No complaints except for the bed frame which was very squeaky.

Beds were super loud, we could even here the room next to us when they moved in bed

Rooms were clean and comfortable beds and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early! A little further away from down town Estes Park than we expected.
