Beds we’re really comfortable and the sheets extremely soft.

This location was close to Snohomish for a show we were attending there. The room was comfortable and the bed was great; we were surprised that there was no noisy patrons from the Navy event being held the night we were there. The bathroom was very nice, too. Unfortunately, there was a big Navy event going on when we checked in, so the lobby was crowded. The staff at the desk spoke in a low tone, so I had to aske for repeats of the information and instructions she gave me. There must have been a staff shortage for breakfast; though it was good, it took a long time to arrive after ordering (that the wait staff did warn us about).

The staff were very helpful especially accommodating all of the wedding decorations and flowers that we needed space for There weren't more rooms available that weekend

Rooms were nice, staff was friendly and affordable. It was close to food and the weekend farmers market. I would stay here again for my next trip to Everett!

Great hotel with free parking. Close to the freeway. We had our room cleaned every day for 3 days. There is one day when the room was made up except for the beds. Not sure if it was forgotten but housekeeping could be improved.

Very clean and comfortable. Large pool area. Great for families The shower in the pool area wouldn't work and there was sewage on the floor. The door into the pool area also would not work to any of the keys. To their credit when we brought the shower issue to their attention they closed the area.

I do not like it at all , very poor customer service swimming pool was extremely dirty and smell very bad , I could not stay more than 2 min my eyes were burning , they put bleach in side water I could smell it

From the moment my granddaughters and I walked in we were absolutely amazed by everything. The room was very clean, smelled great, and they loved the robes that were awaiting us. They are 10 and 5. We stayed here to be closer to the fairgrounds in Monroe and we will DEFINITELY be back! Pay the extra for the Executive level m, you will be glad you did! The 7th floor is where it’s at. The 24 hour access to the pantry was super nice, especially with kids. We do many hotel stays together and we can’t wait to come back to this one!

The best thing about this stay was the restaurant and Monica our server. The Homemade gnocchi with homemade focaccia bread was amazing as well as the house salad. Very pleasant surprise. Monica was also amazing, such a great experience.
