I booked at the Executive Residency because of its convenient location and the breakfast. The staff was professional and friendly, Dawson at the front desk suggested numerous options for dinner and availability of shopping near the hotel. The room's decor was fitting for its location near Boeing, with its aeronautical theme. The availability of toiletries at the front desk, but also tech items such as a mouse or cable for a computer or phone was fantastic. I will definitely book here again. There is no transportation services to the airport Paine Field. I was not renting a car for my short stay, so having a shuttle to and from the hotel would have been appreciated.

Large room with a small kitchen. Charge for parking. This is a petty fee since this is not in an urban area where street parking is rare. The television had no channel guide, so you had to scroll the actual channels to discover what was available.

Old and rundown. Room smelled muggy, and there were cobwebs on the ceiling.

The second room we were given was clean and looked comfortable, but we did not stay The entire reason I booked the room was to spend the entire weekend in the pool. It was FREEZING and the only thing I got was a smart-ass remark from the front desk boss. The manager has yet to call me a week later.

The location at the end of two major roads and close to a free way exit was very nice. Front desk staff was reasonably polite when interacting with them. The parking situation is atrocious, guests have to park at the car wash and gas station next door. The pool was closed for maintenance every morning and stank of chlorine into the hallway. My family tried to use the pool during the stay at night and came back to the room coughing and choking after an hour due to the chlorine in the air. The breakfast was on the low end of hotel breakfasts and food was constantly running out, even on a Monday morning and it would take 20 minutes for more food to arrive. It seemed like only one person was working in the kitchen, they need a minimum of 1 more if not 2 working there to keep up with guest demands.
