I had an opportunity to attend a weeklong yoga training in a burg nearby and wanted quiet accommodations within an easy Uber/Lyft drive with a restaurant for an evening meal after a long day. The Woodcliff fit the bill all around! The room was not fancy, yet it was large, clean and most importantly quiet. The restaurant had a nice menu of well-prepared meals, and the staff was very attentive. The 6 days stay exceeded my expectations! There is a sweet coffee shop for a light breakfast that helped me ease into each day - which was bonus added!

Spa comfortable and friendly but very pricey for meh massages. Pool area is awful. Broken worn etc. Hot tub not working. Room was fine nothing wonderful but exterior windows filthy.

Plenty of parking. Bed comfortable. Shower good. TV was good quality. Did not have our room when we arrived. Did not clean room for 4 days. Ran out of towels and toilet paper. Took robe and didn’t replace it. Never refilled conditioner in shower. No safe, coffeemaker, or wastebasket in main room. Most machines in fitness area broken. No AC in fitness area one day. Elevator carpeting heavily soiled and ripped. Decor in room askew.

The room I booked was for a King with sofa bed however it was missing the sofa/sofa bed. I did call ahead to request if we could check in earlier and they said the room type I booked was ready, however the room we got would only be considered a King bed room, so in essence we did not get the room we paid for. The room was clean and it seemed refurbished to be more modern. However, the dresser drawers kept sliding open. We were only there for one night so did not need it but it was a tripping hazard. I had a great sleep (tired from the concert) and the bed was comfy. However, the AC could have been cooler. It was on its coolest setting and fan was on strong, but the room was still on the warmer side. I usually tend to get cold easily so I can imagine people that run hot would not have been comfortable, at all. I was also lying in bed awake as the sun was rising and there were noises (cracks or pops) eminating from the window wall. Wondering if it was from the strong morning sun heating up the side of the building (older) because we didn't hear this at all the previous afternoon. Also room assigned was right across elevators and the elevar dings quite loudly.

The food at the restaurant was delicious but insanely expensive. Not a great stay and wouldn't recommend.

Stayed on the fifth floor carpets had stains roomed smelled like old… room next door was clearly smoking as the smell was coming through the bathroom vents…
-
Beautiful view We had noisy neighbors in an adjoining room. Loud laughter came through the door.

Exceptional

Very beautiful spacious location. Broken iron board. and Not enough towels , when asked to replace staff was very helpful .
-
Rooms are dated now. Musty smells and dampness in rooms. Elevators very slow. Bar and restaurant are fabulous.

Hotel room air conditioners are old wall units, and do not cool or smell the best. Rooms were adequate, grounds were nice. Fitness room and pool were great.

Amazing experience

Nice resort - had a great experience
-
Loved the staff Our room smelled like a dog had urinated and the smell was terrible

On top of this I was hit with a $16 "resort" fee upon check in. It's not the actual dollar amount that was disappointing but the unexpected add on. Hotels.com, all fees included, you may want to look into that ridiculous charge. I suggest you scroll past this listing and find yourself a different place to stay.

Good overall experience, rooms are dated and the ceiling had water damage and discoloration paint was peeling

Enjoyed a ladies trip weekend getaway. Great location, unexpectedly lovely views, nice accommodations. Johanna at check in was very kind and helpful and it was great that they honored an early check in request even though they seemed quite full with a big wedding.
