Need to do better with company

The reason I even stayed here , was because hotel rooms around town where extremely expensive and ridiculously priced. There was no microwave no trash can not ice bucket in the room furniture was very worn out very noticeable without even sitting down floor was not vacuumed hair on the bathroom counter the bathroom was not cleaned I had wiped it clean with my disinfectant wipes security latch was broken off the door over save you money honey Not impressed 😕

All the staff members I encountered were very polite and helpful. I am a budget conscious traveler. This hotel was an excellent value all around.

Good place to stay convenient to restaurants

Carpet dirty and smells. My brothers room had been updated to no carpet. But still not clean enough

We stayed in a king room with a jacuzzi-

Although not the fanciest place but was clean and the price was very reasonable...

This property should be de listed. No front desk clerk for 25 minutes and when he did show up, he was wearing a dirty t-shirt, athletic shorts, and flip flops. A dirty hotel requiring an intense cleaning.

Arrived to a room with trash behind the bed, and hairs all in the bathroom. An insect in the bed that kept biting me that I could never catch to kill, and when I requested more toilet paper (5day stay) I was informed I’d have to go get it myself, they dont bring things to your room. Also for a five day stay they never cleaned my room a single time.

I have to give them kudos for trying to give a facelift to an old facility. I couldn’t tell if they were remodeling in phases or they just called it good. My room was OK. There’s room for improvement on cleanliness and staff interaction.

STAY AWAY! Don't cheap out and look for somewhere else, otherwise cancel your plans! WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!! Went to the city for a big music event, and unfortunately booked an overnight room at this HELLHOLE! Checked in @ exactly 3 pm and the room wasn't clean yet. Asked for a discount since they fell behind with cleaning (if that's what they call it?) won't give me discount instead front desk guy dared me to cancel and told me he can rent the room for double the price (the nerve!) Decided to wait since every hotel in town is booked off.Checked back after 1.5 hour still not done cleaning. Decided to head to the event that starts in an hour. Came back to the hotel around 11:30 pm and checked our room then we discovered the horror that unfolded. Sewer backup on toilet and shower happened and there was literal feces spots all over! (photos provided) There was literally a big fan inside drying up the shower area and the smell was disgusting.So I went ahead to talk to front desk and ask for alternate accomodation and to no surprise won't provide one. Then asked for a refund then they said that not eligible to refund due to hotel policies, told me as well to deal with expedia, like there was literally no bathroom to use and the room looks and smells disgusting. BEDDINGS were bad not attempted to even sit for a bit. Don't get fooled by the photos. Decided to drive home (4 hrs) after a long tiring day. Asked help from Expedia and they couldn't help either.

Shower was gross, toilet adequate, bed acceptable. Fridge and microwave worked. Hotel either mis- assigned or double booked my room. They removed my belongings while I was out for the evening and didn't notify me. I got back and thought I got robbed. Then two dudes tried to let themselves in at 1:30 am, then the manager came and banged on the door at 2, bc they complained. Cannot recommend.

They did not have my reservation and the person I was on the phone with about the matter didn't try to figure it out, just basically hung up on me.

The property is run down and our room was filthy.

The carpet in the room hasn’t been cleaned in years, sheets were all stained overall room was very dirty! The place is run down and had no amenities!

Very rundown dirty hotel. There were stains all over the mattress. No remote for TV- they could not find it and did not have another one. Towels, curtains and walls had disgusting stains in them. I would sleep in my car before I stay here again.
