Clean room

Location was great, the room was clean and breakfast was a nice extra.

It was close to the interstate getting on and off was easy, there was a very good breakfast restaurant just around the corner. Definitely worth a visit. Stayed Friday night through Sunday morning. Housekeeping never came to the room. Had to go to the front desk to request towels for the next day. Not to mention that they double the price of the rooms for the weekend due to a ballgame apparently. I looked at the price on a Wednesday didn’t book it. It was roughly 190 per night. When I went to book it Thursday morning it had double to 400+ per night. I was appalled. But I needed a room for the two nights. Please be aware.

The hotel rooms are dirty. The first room had stained sheets and we were moved to another room that was not much better.

Staff was good. We arrived and they showed us booked for 2 different times. i had to call Expedia who stated that I only had the one reservation and that they would call the hotel. It was eventually fixed. The price of the hotel was ok for our weekdays, however the weekend was double because the Razorbacks were playing. I don't believe the hotel should be able to raise the rates just because an event.

Breakfast was minimal and OK, but could have been better and items need to be checked periodically to see if they need to be updated, or added to supply. I would give the breakfast a 6/10 Not horrible but definitely could have been better. Thanks for asking for my opinion and feedback.

Our first night in town, we stayed there then checked out and went on into Eureka Springs and then our last night there before our flight home we stayed there. It’s very nice. My only complaint was of the pillows being so hard.

We got in late the first night we stayed there checked out early the next morning and then we stayed our last night there before we flew out. It was nice and clean. My only complaint was the pillows were like rocks not comfortable.

The room was clean, the staff was very nice and the place was quiet.
