Comfort Inn Flagstaff South I-17

Shared with front desk about 2 lights burned out in bathroom. But had a great stay and enjoyed breakfast. Staff was amazing.

easy to get too the lobby/eating area with the fireplace and cabin decor was wonderful cookies in the evening were a nice touch Excellent daily breakfast. staff very friendly and helpful

Clean room and great staff

It was an older building and was very cosy. Breakfast was better than any other motel I have stayed in. I would highly recommend this motel and have every intention of staying there the next time I go to Flagstaff.

I loved the cozy cabin feeling, the cleanliness was excellent and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this Comfort in on Milton in Flagstaff.

Very quiet location (so no Flagstaff railway noise). Alpine lodge like hotel decor with fire place. Staff very friendly. Nothing really but would have liked oats/porridge for breakfast.

Loved everything about this hotel!

Good hotel in the centre of Flagstaff. Clean, cosy, well-equipped. Staff was nice, free parking behind the hotel. The hotel is super noisy and hard to get any sleep, when every noise from the corridor or from above floor is heard.

From start to finish, our stay at the Comfort Inn in Flagstaff was everything we expected. Breakfast was particularly good, meeting all our needs. We pledged to ourselves to stay there whenever we're visiting Flagstaff in the future.

Very convenient location near NAU. Front desk staff was very nice and made check in very simple and quick. My only issue was the large gap between the door and floor. It allows so much noise and hallway light into the room. We had to use one of our bath towels to block out the hallway light at night.

breakfast was terrific the staff were always helpful, the pool and hot tub were okay but in the middle of the parking lot not much privacy. It was within walking distance of eating and shopping.

Very rude staff. Bad attitude and raised her voive at me.Woman at front would not help me find a bulb to replace the burnt out bulb in the room. I asked if there were any other place anywhere in the hotel that we can exchange a bulb so I can have better light on the room. She said "No" and told me to wait till morning. The rooms are very poorly lit... there is 3 light fixtures using 5 bulbs in the whole room (not counting the bath). I asked for the rude woman's name and she would not give it to me. She told me that the front desk was closed for me

The staff were super friendly upon arrival and very helpful when we needed to contact them to help with the TV. The ambiance of the hotel was so nice, and the decor for the location was perfect. The bedroom was comfortable and we have no complaints about the room, beds, bath, etc. Lastly, the continental breakfast was hearty and delicious with multiple options!

Room very clean and great location for hotel. Great facilities as well as breakfast

Staff friendly. Breakfast very good. Cleanliness just ok. Hand towel have black spots. The room is outdated. I could hear nextdoor AC/heat all night. The 2.5 star or max 3 star rating is just right. I was misled by Google's "5-star hotel" description so I am disappointed.
