Clean and affordable and conveniently located. Basically an old school motel that's been updated. But bare bones amenities-- no in room coffe maker, no bathtub. Good parking.

Clean updated rooms. Some of the other guests hung outside in front of rooms and we could hear everything. No cream for coffee.

Nice manager. Clean. Better price than most hotels around that area. 1) both double beds squeaked a lot. 2) no tissues, 3) no coffee pot, 4)regular room small refrig did not have freezer section.

It was close to the national parks. Not to the center but 10 minutes away. The shower was good The sheets felt weird. The bed makes noises. BUT THE WORST PART WAS THE NOISE FROM OUTSIDE! You can hear EVERYTHING. There is a train rail across the street and the room wasn’t soundproof. It literally felt like the door was open. We were up all night!! We heard every car on the road and every train coming. Please keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper

This hotel was completely renovated. It is state of the art with dimmer switches and a beautiful purple light behind the beds. Beds one of the best showers I've ever had because the shower came out of the ceiling in the shower. Staff very nice loaned my friend an umbrella because it might rain. Really a beautiful room. Great for the price. Great shower would come back every time They only gave us one hand towel and cheap soap. Maybe they are afraid because people take those things

I would have to say the staff was great. Helped us carry up our cooler to the 2nd floor room. I didn't realize it was a 2 story and didn't book a ground floor. The room had a nice size mini fridge. And a cook top, and a microwave, which ours microwave door broke while we were there and was changed out right away. The room was cozy, bed were nice, shower got nice and hot, and love hearing the trains go by.

Staff was great. Worked well for my last minute purpose. Your Sign was hidden, Hard to see. Missed it twice.

The staff/owners are very friendly. The rooms are basic, but we don't need anything more for an overnight stay. More importantly, the premises and rooms are clean and well maintained and the price is right! We are return customers and will continue to be whenever we are in Flagstaff.

Nothing fancy but clean. The bed was comfortable. The front desk person was friendly.

The room was very nice. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff was wonderfully polite. Excellent value for the price. The location was a bit inconvenient because it is off of a major road. My bed was a bit squeaky.

Beds were comfortable. Parking is just outside the room on ground floor which made it very convenient. Floor was very sorry. Though it is all tiled and seemed clean but having socks on made them black after walking on the floor without shoes.
