The location was good. My room had a broken tv & a broken door It didn't have shampoo & the AC was trash. It was HOT in my room I had to open my room door to cool down

Exceptional

Basically clean room, but old and rundown not redone in many years. I hate the way you are you can’t talk to people when you talk to a machine where someone’s on the other end at some other state. It takes twice as long to get your reservation done and backs up the line.

The people at check in were smoking Marijuana out side when we pulled up , and the whole property smell like Marijuana, the heater didn't work an the was no remote for the TV, when I took a shower I started to feel ill so we ended up leaving after spending 2 hour there , never go here even on a tight budget it was bad . We left to rent at a better motel.

Very good

The first room we were given did not have a working light in the bathroom. Went back to the office for another room. In the second room where we stayed, there was no light switch by the door. The AC did not work. The smoke alarm was hanging down and probably didn't work. The bathroom light plate cover was chopped and there was raw drywall by the plate. The bathroom door had drywall mud patches, probably to cover holes. The drywall mud was even on part of the doorknob. The maintenance done in that room was horrible. The police were talking to someone staying there when we were unpacking our car. During the night, we were awakened by some drunk guy yelling for his girlfriend (went on for at least 30 minutes). The police came again, and we heard nothing else that night. Would not recommend this hotel.

I liked it was right off the freeway . The property looked rundown. It looked likes it was falling apart. It was sketchy. Our room had a big hole in the ceiling and the floors and walls were dirty . The rooms were gross ;-(

Room, bathroom, and bed covers were clean. It has been the nicer rooms that I have stayed in at this location. Courtesy of other guests next door to the room. Guest in the next room 158 were up late around 1 - 2 pm yelling profanities at each others and slamming the door.

Overall it was a room with a bed which for the price wasn’t terrible. The floors were sticky and left whatever touched them black. The whole room wreaked of pot and it lingered for the entire stay. The mirror was only partially mounted on the wall at an angle and if not for the counter, wouldn’t be up at all. The bed was wildly uncomfortable and you could feel individual springs. Again if all you’re looking for is a bed in a room then this fits the bill.

Disappointing

I’ve stayed here many times & have not been disappointed, Arun & his team or amazing employees always do a great job here . I highly recommend the place for a good view & amazing service .

The tv would not work. The hvac was not functional. I had to request for a different room.

nothing crack heads, drunks drinking and smoking on the stairs.

Both room I was given. Beds weren’t made, was trashy and one of the rooms had a broken tv. Both doors were propped open. There was a fight above the office. I couldn’t get a refund.

location first floor rooms not available even when requested in advanced. older visitors...hard to climb stairs didn't appear to very full? trash containers always full seems to cater to long term visitors
