Very clean and comfortable

I used it just for a place to sleep and check out Flagstaff, and for me it was perfect. I'm a walker, and it was closes to downtown. Probably nicer places nearby, with the same access.

The only positive was i didnt get bed bug bites

Average low price motel in fair condition. Fine for an inexpensive one night stay.

The rooms are excellent. The location is unmatched. The staff are friendly and helpful. It has everything you need, and nothing more. However, the ice machine was broken.

This is cheap motel, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was pretty quiet at night. It is a place to sleep that is centrally located and costs less than most other hotels.

The room was dirty. The floors left your feet black. The walls cracked and bugs everywhere on ceiling and walls. Tried to check for bed bugs and they had mattresses zipped up. Sheets dirts with hair on them. We left a day early it was so disgusting and the room smelt. My dog couldn’t even sleep there he was so uncomfortable. It’s budget but this is ridiculous. I deserve a refund as I paid too much for a disgusting room. This place is not well maintained at all. Paying over $100 a night and left a day early as couldn’t sleep with bugs crawling up and down walls and falling from ceiling. Shower curtain wasn’t even right size would close the full length as it was too short. Areas of wall falling apart from rot. Do not stay here.

Good parking. Tiny toilet hard to use!

Staff was very friendly. Older motel but updates have been made. It was clean and comfortable. Busy street but noise was minimal. It felt safe and was a nice area to walk around.

You get what you get for the price. I did not like the management. When I checked in. He pretty much goffed at me when I asked for a late checkout. And then get this. He knocks on my door at 10:00 in the morning( while I'm working remote and interrupts me) to remind me about checkout. You already told me that I'm not getting a late check out, but don't you dare try to get me the check out early even though you definitely won't have a reason to flip this by 3:00. That being said for $46 is statics for how clean the room was. But yeah don't like that guy LOL

Good

The only good thing I can say about this property is that it’s within walking distance to downtown Flagstaff. The bed was ok, but bedspreads were stained, walls and ceilings were stained, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, furniture was worn, lamp was broken, and there was a plastic bag over the fire alarm. There was a microwave and fridge, but a coffee maker would have been a plus. I will definitely not stay here again.

3 beds Family room

Clean room in a convenient location. Wanted to check in an hour early (forgot about time change from Colorado), room was ready, but had to pay a $10 early check in fee. Room had two large beds with 1 side table between them. TV was mounted on the wall. There was a chair, refrigerator, and fold up luggage rack. There was no desk type surface on which to place personal items. Bathroom had toilet, shower, sink. Again, no counter space on which to place personal items.

The room I stayed in had the vinyl tiles lifting off the floor. At night, I saw multiple bugs, most likely roaches, in the bathroom. It’s a close walk to downtown but not worth it.

This is an extreme budget hotel. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean. It is in a great location. There is a microwave and fridge in the room and an ice machine available. The bed was not very comfortable but we were just passing through town and the price was unbelievably low. For the price, I was just thrilled that it was clean!

Nice cozy room, hotel in very convenient location to downtown Flagstaff.

I knew we were booking a budget motel. We paid about $110 plus $10 for early check-in, roughly $120 total. I wasn't expecting the Ritz-Carlton. 😂 That said, The L Motel definitely has plenty of “character.” The room was extremely basic, with damaged/separating flooring, a broken bathroom cabinet, and a bathroom door and trim that clearly need maintenance. My biggest concern was privacy. The bathroom window has no curtain or proper covering and faces an outside/back area where someone could potentially see in—or at least see a silhouette. Nothing says relaxation like wondering who's getting a free view while you're showering. 😂 The main room window also lacks adequate curtains, allowing plenty of daylight in and offering limited privacy. To be fair, the AC worked, the beds were usable, and it provided a place to sleep. If you're passing through Flagstaff and only need a cheap room for 8–10 hours, the price may make sense. But if you're traveling with your wife or family and want comfort, privacy, and reasonable maintenance, I'd spend a little more and stay somewhere else. I'm not expecting luxury from a budget motel, but basic privacy, intact flooring, functioning cabinets, and a decent bathroom door shouldn't be luxury amenities. 😂 I'm including photos so you can judge for yourself. Would I stay again? Maybe if I desperately needed the cheapest room for one night. Would I bring my family back? No.
