Location and friendly reception. Michael was awesome. Rooms had dust in carpet. Need better vacuuming.

The rooms were very clean and easy to navigate the area.

The quilt keeps falling off.

Location in proximity to 7 train and Airport...Citifield....etc very convienent The staff were minimal at best...didnt seem happy or excited about having African American guest...It was very very obvious being that the area was prodominantly Asian...No one ever spoke or greeted us as we came and left...no eye contact ...no smiles...also my wife went down to the lobby to get drinks and was completely ignored by a staff person named Jonothan...she had to go find assistance to get some service..and then he came back only to go assist a white customer who was there....This type of stuff really needs to stop! And I had really considered that this would be my hotel from now on when in NY....We checked out yesterday eve and had as shuttle driver who was not helpful...thanked us for our stay and when it was time to leave stood at the door as we had several bags and offered no assistance...Im very dissapointed about my experience with this facility

The location is excellent, very close to Times Square and Central Park. The room was small but clean. Parking is convenient, right downstairs from the hotel.

The amenities were great! I loved the lounge spaces on the first floor. The elevator was a bit difficult to use. I didnt love having to use the passkey for it.

Way to exceed expectations! Booked after a cancelled flight because of its proximity to LGA. Truly surprised by cleanliness, service, complete breakfast and close to great restaurants

Great located close to LaGuardia Airport, with very good shuttle service. Had a room that was very clean and had a wonderful view of the city. The bed was comfortable and I did not have any problem with noise from the street or from neighboring hotel rooms. When I first walked onto my hotel floor, I could smell marijuana in the hallway. Once inside my room, everything was very clean and pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was fine--I've had much worse, but the fresh fruit was old and the eggs were not very warm.
