Staff was wonderful! Beds were comfortable, only downfall is no conditioner in the shower, however, you can request it.

I’m handicapped and had a handicap accessible room but the shower bench wan coming out of the wall and definitely needs to be fixed. As an amputee the shower is a dangerous place.

It is a very nice hotel with a spacious clean room. The refrigerator handle needed to be cleaned, but that is the only complaint.

Very nice and comfortable accommodations.

The room was phenomenal. Giant beds that accommodated my daughter, grandson and I, with the kitchenette being an added bonus. I never have been stocked with so many towels and wash clothes in all 40+ yrs of hotel going. No need to take any to the pool either they had a whole towel shelf there as well. Very impressed with the eco-friendly salt water pool and other tweaks done to be conscious while accommodating their guests in the healthiest ways. Hotel front desk were respectful and kind day and night as were the breakfast bar attendants.

We were passing through and stopped here with our son and our dog. The hotel is let friendly, in a great location with good restaurants right near them, a nice lobby with good breakfast, and friendly fast front desk staff. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a wonderful hotel with clean, spacious rooms, and a good location within walking distance of several retaurants and a movie theater. We liked that the rooms have plenty of plugs, including a few USB plugs for your devices. The housekeeping staff was great. We didn't use the pool or the fitness center, but both looked quite nice. The hotel lobby is spacious and inviting. They do not have a hot tub, which would have been nice, and the breakfast is okey but nothing special--some type of egg patties, sausage, muffins, bagels, DIY waffles, juices, milk, cereal, a little fruit--the usual things you find in many free (included) hotel breakfast buffets.

Convenient location in Fort Collins, restaurants and even movie theater near by. Hotel was clean, well maintained and staff very friendly and. Helpful.

The staff makes all the difference and this staff is great!

I had to leave a night earlier due to a flight change and requested to check out a night earlier. I was told “yes, no problem, let us know when you check out and we can release the funds”. I checked out and received an email that my request will not be honored. I understand policies, but if I was told yes once, then I would expect the answer not to change within a few hours. I confirmed with multiple front desk staff too. I would not be back here.

Very clean and located near where we needed to be. It was walking distance to Texas Roadhoyse & Coldstone. Would highly recommend!

Loved the modern room amenities and bath fixtures! Lot's of table/counter/shelf space for us to work! The breakfast continental buffet was very clean and organized with spacious room for tables to sit at to eat. Truly appreciate that the kitchen had real dishes and not disposable plastic items!

We just thought the connecting rooms and the rooms themselves were fabulous! Staff was excellent kind, friendly, helpful, etc. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Breakfast is the unfortunate standardized and not many options to choose from

The hotel was great my only complaint was we had our do not disturb sign on the door our whole stay and at some point they came in and changed out our television with out informing us before. An email or a phone call would have been appreciated.

The gal who did the food service was fantastic. Helpful friendly. Got us all the gluten-free items that we needed. Check-in was slow because I didn’t have a photo ID and no other form of identification would work and it was kind of a mess for a while.
