The pool was good and the location was great The breakfast options were terrible, coffee Was undrinkable And there were no dairy free options for milk. The rooms have carpet which gives them a horrendous smell of damp when you walk in. And the aircon unit was old and made a lot of noise which made sleeping almost impossible

The staff was very pleasant. Close to cruiseport and walking distance to restaurants and stores Weve stayed here twice. Both times the carpet has been filthy. My feet were black on the bottom if I was barefoot. Gross. Also the furniture was beat up and we had a lovely view of a wall.

It was ok for a 3 star hotel but I have been trying to get a receipt for the last 3 days and I just get the run around between hotels.com and the property. Will not be using hotels.com in the future.

Stayed prior to embarking on cruise. Super close to port- walkable, which made it nice. Also close and walkable to grocery store and several restaurants. Clean, spacious room. Well maintained. Would stay again.

Great room with lots of space to open suitcases on counter rather than floor. Lovely pool. Two pancake machines at breakfast! Good selections for breakfast too!

Location was very close to the cruise terminal and was nice to have shuttle service to the airport and the cruise port. The staff was not prepared the amount of people at breakfast on the day the ship was leaving port.
