This property was outstanding. The staff provided exceptional service, and the valet service was exemplary. The room was beautifully appointed. I consistently enjoy staying at this an IHG / boutique style hotel, which offers a welcoming, home-like atmosphere.

The hotel did not look like the pictures shown online, especially the beach area at the back of the hotel. The beach and overall surroundings were quite different from what we expected based on the photos

From the staff and restaurants our family stat was AMAZING! We hated to leave. The beautiful front desk staffer, Vanessa and Cisco at the rooftop bar set the bar HIGH! We will be back for sure!

With the amount of options available to stay by the beach, we made the wrong decision to stay at this hotel. The reception staff at check in was curt and had a condescending attitude which in my opinion is unnecessary. The ONLY job you’ve is sit there, be presentable and answer questions. If you’re incapable of doing that, you shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry. Please look for other better hotels!!

This was a perfect place to hang out while waiting for our cruise departure! Walkable to several shops and restaurants. Quiet, private room!

The pictures and description of this hotel are all untrue. The rooms r small, not very clean. The property itself is not what was described and the front desk staff were unfriendly.

Amazing pool on roof and property was fun

The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The property was clean and pristine. Location is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the bars and restaurants. The roof top pool has amazing sunset views and friendly bar staff. 10 out of 10 experience.

The amenities, restaurant, and the location is what makes this property special. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. When we first stepped in, the front desk lady was not friendly and seemed annoyed. However she did let us check in early. Her attitude changed later that day and she was nice and helpful after that. The room is where this place lacks. The floors are cracked and coming up. The entrance door to the room is heavy and loud. I wasn’t a fan of the connecting room door, I kept putting a towel at the bottom of the doors for privacy. We noticed ants by the windows and there was a small roach on the floor. No microwave. Only one desk chair. The power did go out a few times. I informed the desk upon check out. It would go out for short periods of time. My room was basic. The complementary beach towels were rough and dingy. The roof top pool is beautiful. We were expecting a live DJ on Friday and Saturday but there was not. The pool downstairs was nice and I enjoyed both pools . The social hour was much appreciated! The coffee bar in the morning was also great. La Fuga restaurant was the highlight of my trip. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem. Eat there! I ate a burger from the roof top bar it was delicious it comes from the same kitchen as the restaurant. Beach chairs are just a short walk away. The beach bikes didn’t work for us. I would stay at this place again definitely with an upgraded room.

Not for young adults or elderly. Not to our best expectations. Kind of ghetto. Looking out the window you got trash cans one side electrical boxes the other. Roof top pool is not as you’d expect. Total let down.

This is a poor rating because of a failure on both the hotel and Expedia. I purchased a Premium upgrade room. They put me in a room where the front view was the hotel air conditioner unit that kept me awake and the back view was a dumpster for renovations happening at the hotel. I asked the front desk to move me and was told they had no availability, meanwhile the hotel was half empty. When I booked with Expedia, they charged me a rate that was to be inclusive of all fees and taxes, but the hotel still charged me an additional $49 for a resort fee (no clarity on what that fee is about). I’m still disputing that….. Ive stayed with the Kimpton in New York before and had a 180 degree different experience!

There are two pools, one on the rooftop next to the bar with a fantastic view of the city and waterways. There are also seating areas throughout the resort for relaxing. The bartender was great and made the best brown sugar old fashion. Breakfast was delicious. Dinner looked amazing as it passed by. The rooms are adorably decorated with a perfect minimilistic retro beachy theme. The staff were welcoming and very kind. Would recommend for anyone looking for a cute, quiet, resort.
