We liked how close to town we were We were able to walk anywhere we wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful.A How close we were to next door neighbors We could hear their conversations inside the room

Walking in to the Island View however we were greeted by everyone. Place is really awesome. Get the blooming onion and pretzel. Excellent! Pros: Beachfront, Mostly excellent staff Clean Housekeeping staff great Food to choose from without leaving the hotel. VIP drink tickets 2 free waters a day just go to the front desk Drink service on beach Shops downstairs Excellent DJ Cons: Pillows (VERY small but just call the front desk and they will bring you more) No full length mirror like most hotels but not a big deal. All team memebers at the Lani Kai treat you as family , I go every year to stay and I will continue to pick the Lani Kai as my island resort , just a beautiful resort all the way around ! Staff is amazing we enjoy our trip every year !

Outdated hotel disguised as a resort, spend the extra money and stay next door at margaritaville

The bed was really comfy! And of course the view was perfect. The only complaint was there was really low water pressure in the sink. We didn’t try the shower so I don’t know if that was low or not.

The room was absolutely beautiful, the beach view was stunning, the staff were all very nice, bartenders were amazing and the food was good. This location is perfect!! We will be back.

Lani Kai was ok. We had fun, but it def looks nicer in pics than in real life. Great view however for meyers beach is very subpar when you are used to emerald coast. Best part about this hotel was the restaurant on top of the hotel. Which is the view in the pic I posted. The hotel wasn’t horrible by any means it just wasn’t great- I should have just spent a little more money and booked a room at margaritaville bc that’s where we went everyday.

Loved it! Wish they played the games like they used to and not allow for their customers to pay 40 dollars to rent chairs for locals to sit right in front of them! I’m all about sharing but some people have no common sense today apparently!

Clean, updated room. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Good food choices and restaurants. Outstanding ocean view.

Great Place to stay on the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better view from our balcony. Staff was always helpful and friendly! Will be back again.

The property was great. The problem we had with it was the music all day long until 9:30 10:00 at night. I like music but every once in a while you would like to hear the waves. Then the boats that where just anchored off the beach one day we couldn't even get in the water. Then there is that the one day we were able to get in the water it smelled like sewage just straight up sewage.

Clean room, comfy beds. Water was not strong enough in the shower but thats my issue! Lol! Amazing room with a view! Staff all went out of their way to acknowledge everyone with a good day, thanks for staying with us!
