Breakfast was awesome. Staff very kind and helpful when I accidentally left a blanket behind. Room was clean with well working A/C and the pool was AWESOME for the kids and I. Thanks so much!

Everything was great. The breakfast the staff everyone was helpful. I had a great room with the pool view. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Would recommend. Would stay there again next time I'm in Fort Myers.

I have stayed here before but I have not ever experienced such a horrible stay like the one I just had .

Having stayed here previously we quickly noticed the property had deteriorated rapidly. When we entered the room the smell from the must and mildew was extremely offensive. The carpet was damp and there was no water pressure in the bathroom sink. When we came back from dinner my wife turned the bed down where we had to kill our first roach. In all we killed four roaches. At that point I decided to not stay another night and booked another hotel. Breathing that foul air left us with headaches and nausea. I will be writing the Windam Group to address these horrible room conditions.

The location is very convenient . The breakfast was good. The room was not very clean, and there were ticks or some kind of insect in the bed, since I woke up covered in bites. There was also not enough lighting in the bathroom. The air conditioning was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep, and you could hear all the noise from the rooms next door and above. The condition of the building was also very run-down and definitely needs some maintenance.

Lindo lugar para pasar un momento en familia y amigos en lugar muy acogedor y estuvo todo limpio. El desayuno estuvo rico y está cerca de las playas.

Room smelled funky, lights didn't work. Staff was very friendly and kind. I wouldn't personally stay again but it'll do!
