Room smelled. Heat/air unit caked with dust/dirt. Mold on ceiling if bathroom. Bed linens dirty. Poorly maintained. Pool closed (90° temp/warm weather). No forks at breakfast buffet. Don't recommend.

The staff, food, comfort and the cleanliness I got out in a room where if the room wanted to come in my room they could because I didn't have a lock on my door but the other room did

The ONLY reason I gave it a 2 was because of the water pressure and the lady at check in was nice. Well for starters I was given my FIRST room key. I get to the room, I slide the card in, the key fob lights up green and then I try to open the door, nothing. It won’t open. I do it several more times still cannot get it open so I decide to go for downstairs to get help. Mind you I have driven 7 hours before stopping at this hotel. She gives me another room, and another set of key cards. I go to that room. Slide the key card, nothing happens. No lights nothing. Like the battery to the key fob thing is dead. So once again, I go downstairs and get another room and another set of keys. It is almost 2 am at this point. I finally get into the 3rd room, and immediately I notice that there is hair all over the bathroom floor, there are stains on the sheets, praying it was paint and not blood, the door didn’t click and clock so when we left to go downstairs it was left unlocked. It also looked like there was a camera hidden on top of the tv stand. It was some kind of receiver and it was plugged in, not sure why that was there but I covered it up. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels and I’ve never had that many issues in one night. Especially after a 10 hour drive. The door to the outside from the stairwell was left unlocked most of the night also.

Bobby was friendly and helpful during our check in process. He took extra time to answer our questions and even brought up to our room the extra towel we needed. Breakfast was wonderful! Great hot food choices, along with bagels, muffins, fruit, cereal, etc. Great hotel and Bobby was an amazing host! Thank you so much!
