The onsite bar Mold in room so switched to a different one, found a bug on the bed. No water pressure in shower.

The biggest positive of this hotel would be the staff. Everyone that helped us was excellent! We had some questions on our bill and they explained and fixed it right away. The room was very clean. Unfortunately, we did have some ants in the bathroom. The biggest negative was the fact that in an executive king room, there is no microwave and no mini fridge. I really thought those were pretty standard in rooms these days. Had a good experience and definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Comfy beds and decent price. Courtyard area was pretty loud and the shower head was leaking and needed replaced.

There want a buffet for breakfast but we were able to pick anything off the menu and it was very good! The room was comfortable and the staff was nice and helpful!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary, we looked forward to the heated pool but unfortunately it was ice cold. There was yellow stains on our bed sheets and not very many plug ins. Staff was amazing

The room was clean, but smelled like an old motel mix of smoke and cleaner. The desk chair was a flaking, faux leather mess. The bathroom amenities reminded me of cheap motel soap and one of the towels was threadbare in many places. There was no mini refrigerator or microwave, but one can be rented for $25. What hotel chain doesn’t have mini fridges? Also, the ironing board did not have a pad on it - had to use the folded threadbare towel. I don’t think I’ll ever stay there again even though I will have several trips to Fort Smith this coming year.

I didn’t get to eat breakfast they charge 12.50 and we was on a budget and there was no microwave or fridge in the room

It was a very pleasant experience. They only thing is that I was asked to change my room for maintenance after I had settled my stuff already. The new room I was moved to had a very loud AC. When it kicks in, it would make very loud noise!

Although the rooms were a bit outdated, they were clean and the staff was nice. Would have been better to have a designated park space outside of side streets as parking was limited in front of the hotel.

The shower was nice. The bedroom was clean. All elevators except the service elevator are broken. Bed lumpy but clean sheets. Couldn't find where they had breakfast so I didn't get any.

The location No microwave or refrigerator in the room, the A/C was spitting water out the vent, the bathroom didnt have a vent fan (would steam you out), the pool was ice cold, and the breakfast was cold by the time they served it, biscuits were hard as a rock. Its okay if you just want somewhere to sleep and shower and thats it.
