Comfort Suites Fort Wayne North

Still my go to when town renovations are sloppy

Superb

Liars. Pool is not working and hasn’t worked in a while. Was scammed. Absolutely 0 customer service

They don’t clean room lobby stinks

Recently updated now just need to update the tvs

Very dirty, windows from entrance throughout facility. Hallways, rooms, not clean, cardboard sign on pool said “Pool Close”, elevator dirty. Front entrance not kept up, groups congregating in parking lot late at night. Desk individual at night leaving front desk unattended. Noisy.

The location was okay The was no curtains to prevent lights from coming in and our room faced the parking lot. The juice at breakfast was hot and there was a stain on the bed.

The property is under construction and the pool is being worked on other than that the property is Good for the price and location

Room was not what the pictures showed. Pool was unusable and was not told prior to booking. Sink also overflowed.

The time AWAY from the hotel. The website failed to mention that the pool was DRAINED!! The pullout sofa had a nasty stain on it! The pool was drained/under construction & the website didn't mention it!! The breakfast area floor is STICKY!! Front desk staff was not inviting!! This was the 1st and very last time my family visit my hometown & stay here

Bedrooms were hot when we arrived, no working pool, gym was under construction, didn’t have the keys ready like they were suppose to, mentioned at check in that they only had 5 rooms available even though I booked 8 (we did get 8) and breakfast was not good.

Superb

Carpet needed cleaned.

Breakfast was good and room was quite exceptional for slamming doors next door. Carpet needed cleaned.

Worst continental breakfast. POOL IS OUT OF ORDER!!!

Vouchers to eat free food

Beds and pillows good. Coffee pot in room Not enough pillows, coffee on request wouldn’t accommodate the need for all of us. Reported an unlawful smell getting off elevator never addressed.

Ac did not work in my room staff did nothing to help

Our room was very noisy, from the traffic to the air conditioner. The beds we not very comfortable and the pillows were awful. That being said, check in was easy. The room was pretty clean and the hotel was close to everything we needed.

Manager needs to work on hospitality...corner of shower had mold...rusty soap holder. Otherwise clean
