Candlewood Suites DFW South by IHG

Everything was clean and organize. Staff were very helpful, cheerful and kind. Calm experience!

We have stayed here many,...

Staff was kind Dead cockroaches in room. Bed sheets were uncomfortable

The hotel is in a great location, the staff was very nice, plenty of food options near by, not to far out, it was a peaceful visit. That said the room we stayed in was suppose to be a queen but it looked and felt more like a full size bed but it was very comfortable. The ac on our floor seemed a little on the warmer side. We had to wake up a couple of times to pick up the ac. We were there only a couple of days so it did not really bug us. All in all we would stay here again if we ever had a trip in the area again.

Clean room and friendly staff

Loved the grill area. Would have liked to have a pool.

Had trouble getting to the right place for the shuttle pick up at the airport.

This is definitely our go to hotel when flying out of DFW! The staff is beyond awesome!! We LOVE them, they treat us so special!! Great location!

Clean and not far from the attractions we wanted to attend. If you like Pho go to the one across the street. It was the best I have ever had.

Great experience! Will return.

This facility is run by an outstanding team who truly go above and beyond. I stayed here for my wife’s graduation at AA, and despite a hectic schedule from Sunday through Tuesday... going back and forth to the airport, the transportation staff and front desk were incredibly accommodating. Their support made everything so much easier. What really stood out was how genuinely attentive everyone was. One gentleman, who I believe worked in facilities, even noticed how exhausted I was and kindly helped when I got off on the wrong floor. The entire staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Shout out to Miss (I cant spell it and do not want to butcher it, so if you're reading you know who you are! lol), to Becca, Markob and the homie at night. I will forever remember you all and will choose this location over and over again so long as you guys are there.

Room fixtures need a little TLC. Shower wall panel broken and curtain rod loose. Kitchen peninsula wobbly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have do sized refrigerator and kitchen necessities.

Nice stay
