Was clean, Smelled amazing and the beds and linens were exceptional, I don’t normally sleep well in Hotels , But it was quite and very comfortable!! Perfect location, Well away from the noise of the highway and loud surroundings.We were in town for a concert at Dickies Arena and it was basically a straight shot from the Arena!

Comfortable bed and pillows. Separate lounge/kitchenette with 2 TVs. Large rooms. Nice and clean. Friendly reception staff. Good breakfast choice for 3*

Breakfast was terrible and it is way understaffed. We sat for 30 minutes waiting on the hot food to be replenished. That’s is the reason for the bad rating. The front desk staff were great!

Good place to stay near the Stockyards. We love that they have a shuttle available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms could use some updating, but was very clean.

I loved the idea this was close to the stockyards. It was about $75 higher per night than if we were 5 miles further away. It advertised a shuttle & breakfast. We arrived at 11pm. The AC was OFF! It was 79 degrees in the room. The tv would power on but we could not get channels. I called for help and was told use hdmi 1. Still nothing. I looked at the tv and there was NO hdmi cord. I finally got it to work. The breakfast was sub par. They did have a pancake ma hone that I had never seen. It was good. However we could not find syrup. The kid said we don’t have any but the truck comes later today. If you serve pancakes you must have syrup. Nor impressed at all with the customer service. As far as the shuttle goes …it only runs from 5pm-2am. It you want to see the cattle drive at 11:30 am. Don’t count on the shuttle.

Good breakfast, air conditioning worked well. Beds were comfortable. Cost was good.

Excellent location - central to both downtown and stockyard district. Offer shuttle to stockyard district. Nice breakfast. Clean room.

We love everything about this hotel. The staff is very friendly. It is always clean and there’s a shuttle that will take you and pick you up from the stockyards with a wonderful driver. We stay here several times a year.

Good value for money. Had a pool. Good choice for breakfast. Housekeeping should have happened routinely. We didn’t realise you had to request this and had no housekeeping for the 4 nights we were there.
