Location. It was pet friendly. Destiny and a few others were horrible to death with and very unprofessional. They’re the main reason why two full booked rooms never went back. I got tired of the drama and unprofessionalism that seemed to be nonexistent when I’d go in when I can clearly hear them on the phone when my family would call me at work being rude and disrespectful towards them. They also charge you extra for a bigger room, but it’s because there’s supposed to be 2 beds and a pull out couch. Honey, you do NOT want to see the mattress on the pull out couch - of which they told my little brother they could supply sheets for him to cover it with and lay down on. We were told it costs extra for them to clean your room everyday - which I have NEVER heard of at any other hotel lmao people stole food I had delivered via DoorDash multiple times to my wife and kid and nothing was done about it and “their cameras supposedly weren’t on” when it happened. I could go on and on. A lot. I didn’t like a lot of what happened there. It was like a bad nightmare.

The place was very nasty, it appeared to be cleaned until you come and stay and then there’s roaches everywhere. I need a refund!

There were no amenities, not a hair dryer, not an extra pillow, not even a chair for the table. The floor was stained and not vacuumed. There were holes in the walls and mysterious substances on the ceiling. The bed was worn out, uneven, broken, and uncomfortable. The whole building smelled like a mixture of pot, smoke, urine, and fragrance. The staff was unhelpful at best, mainly they were absent and incompetent. Although, they were nice. The grab-n-go breakfast (terrible coffee and stale muffins) disappeared in 1 minute and rarely was refreshed. Spend the extra $50 and stay somewhere else.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We checked in late evening after a long trip and we were looking forward to a good nights sleep. We had the room rented for two weeks. When we went to our room the first thing we noticed was the carpet was so stained it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Then we into the bathroom. There were 3 roaches in the commode, two in the bathtub and two on the wall. The burners on the stove were brown they were so rusted. My husband and I discussed whether we could even spend one night there and decided we just wouldn’t be comfortable sleeping, especially with roaches on the walls. So we took our bags and walked next door to the Holiday Inn. We went back the next morning and checked out. We were told by the women at the desk we would be responsible to pay for one night but would get a refund on the remainder. The refund was almost $1000. It did initially show up on our credit card as pending but then went away. So we never received any refund. I messaged the property about the situation and did not get a response. I’m disputing the charge with my credit card but I shouldn’t even have to do that. I regret I didn’t take pictures. If you’re considering staying here, reconsider. The Holiday Inn next door isn’t any more expensive. Stay there instead.

Will not be giving extended stay any business in the future. Arrived to check in and the front desk staff said they didn't have any rooms available eventhough I had a reservation and a confirmation number. They basically said that they gave my reserved room away to.the person who arrived before me. They deliberately have my room away. Which was infuriating after driving from another state.

Told you make ice in your room with the dresser and ice trays. No ice trays in my freezer. No coffee makers in the room. You have to request one. Website said that if you forget something they can most likely provide it for you. I needed shampoo. She said they were out and had been out for at least 2 weeks. Woke up in the night and there was a roach on my nightstand. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 10:3am and asked if I was extending my stay. I said no. She didn’t even look at me and said “check out is at 11:00”. I knew that. I will never stay here again. And I hope they make some serious improvements.

Teresa at the front desk was pleasant and professional It’s dirty, a flea jumped on my leg the moment I set foot in the hallway, my room was not clean when I arrived (bed stripped, dirty towels in a pile, trashcan full of garbage), so they “upgraded” me to a suite. The only reason I stayed at all is the suite had no carpet and was clean enough. None of the outlets in the bedroom worked, the corridors smelled like BO and weed…. Not at all the boringly adequate corporate apartment I expected.

Absolutely nothing The room was very dirty. One of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever been in. The floor is disgusting. The carpet is so dirty you can tell it hasn’t been cleaned properly in a good amount of time. The refrigerator was difficult to open.

There wasn't anything that Iiked Didn't like the fact there wasn't enough towels and wash clothes for our stay. At night roaches came out. There was no ice machine there was no ice try in room ,room smelled like chlorine I had to go by a candle so room could smell better. It was not peaceful there were was yelling and couple fighting both nights of my stay. I did notify staff nothing was done about the noise I notify staff of the roaches the manager assured me I would get a refund of $80 tor off one stay that didn't happen never received. I should've known it wasn't go be a nice stay because soons you enter the hotel it's not a pleasant smell.

I request a refund is there anyone from Priceline that can assist? I have been waiting on customer service to contact me. since Tuesday.
