Hampton Inn & Suites N. Ft. Worth-Alliance Airport

I like employees was really nice and helpful, the property was under construction a lot going on, no continental breakfast due to construction, only coffee and a bag with a bagel and small yogurt, it wasn’t mentioned or online mentioned of the construction when booking the stay.

The front desk guy, I wrote his name down but lost tge piece of paper. He was amazing q0 out of 10, he made the stay All good

It had a great location for what I was looking for. Nothing really, they were under construction with a remodel, made it a little messy but the staff accommodated as best could be expected.

Exceptional

Nice and quiet It’s not really nothing around it to do

We have stayed here in the past and love it! The location is amazing. The staff, especially Justin at the front desk are so sweet, patient, and greet you with a smile. Everything is always great! We love the breakfast options, warm cookies in the evening, nice cool rooms, amazing water pressure, and all the accomodations. I will say that our mattress was VERY firm which was definitely similar to sleeping on a rock…a nice clean and cool rock, but still, a rock. Also, there is a very very strong air freshener in the lobby that keeps things smelling fresh but if you spend any time in there for relaxing, eating, or visiting it is overwhelming.

Exceptional

Breakfast was bad. Every tray was empty, and the staff only refilled the food after I asked, about 30 minutes later. The management did not help or address the issue. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this place and would not recommend it.

Breakfast was great, with waffles Eggs Meat and all the Trimmings.TheRoom was clean and the Bed comfy Very friendly Staff. Loved the Pool too. We had really no complaints but I rathet had a shower then a tub because of my leg it was hard to get in it. We would go back again.
