Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth / Fossil Creek

It was an excellent stay. We were there for a concert at Billy Bobs, The rooms were clean, check in and out were super easy.

Only negative was wanting to buy a drink at 9pm, the bar says it stays open until 10 but it didn't

The gal helping us at front desk was AWESOME! I wish I could remember her name, it started with a “K”. I would love to let her supervisor know just how awesome and helpful she was.

Very clean, comfy beds, very quite and food was amazing! 10/10 will stay here again when we come back.

The room and property were clean with no abnormal odors. Our first two nights were great, Saturday night was not so pleasant. The bar and kitchen closed early due to “ not being busy enough “, and other guests on the third floor were talking obnoxiously loud and slamming doors from 2:30am-5:00am Sunday morning. Overall a great stay during the week.

I would especially like to recognize the lady who was working the night shift. She was incredibly kind and welcoming! Our room didn’t have enough pillows, and she promptly helped us and made sure we had everything we needed. What stood out the most was how she made my family feel at home. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but I’ve rarely experienced this level of genuine kindness and hospitality. She truly made our stay more special. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

Breakfast was excellent. Buffet or cooked breakfast. Rooms were spacious. Good pool. Close to stock yards and easy to get off of interstate. Not applicable.

Unfortunately, we didn't have time for breakfast. Kontessa checked us in and she was so friendly and nice to talk with that we felt very welcome. Her attitude just set the tone for our whole stay. The room was nice. and the location was great--very close to a Cracker Barrel restaurant. Well-lighted parking area and nice outdoor seating area. I will use this hotel again when I have to visit Ft. Worth. Fixtures in the bathroom were a little low for me.

The room looked and smelt great. The bed super comfy.. and the staff was beyond helpful, courteous and kind. I was very pleased leased with my stay and highly recommend. I will stay again when in the area.

I did not stay at the hotel. As a solo female traveler I did not feel safe staying at the property. It’s in the middle of nowhere where. The street in front had donut skid marks. Although I was told they have night security that area seems to attract the wrong element in my opinion

Security was very aware of the vagrants roaming the lots and took appropriate measures to curtail them elsewhere….good job gents!
