We stay every time we go to Fort Worth to see family and the staff is always welcoming and friendly.

The room and breakfast was great

The hotel and room were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The continental breakfast had a good assortment and tasted great. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was ok. Jorge staff member was best of the staff we encountered. It certainly felt like the whole place had either absent or uncaring management. Subsequently the standards in many areas were substandard and lackadaisical, with staff either not doing their job properly or without any enthusiasm or pride. This permeated the hotel via staff interactions, breakfast (reluctantly provided ?) cleaning (the promised cleaning when we went out never actually happened). The chief focus appeared to be on staff doing as little as possible in a short as possible time frame. We had to ask for various items as opposed to staff actually providing those options. Would not use this chain again.

Free self-serve breakfast was just right with a nice variety... perfect when up and on the go. My husband and I would stay here again and again.

Clean and Big room and nice staff

The hotel seems new and the room was large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good, and we enjoyed the Texas-shaped waffles. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property itself was nice, but the rooms could use some cleaning and updates. The toilet seat would shift when used, there was rust and mold in the tracks of the shower. The floors had stains on them also.

I would stay her again. Friendly staff, clean everything. & good breakfast.

Amazing place but this is the second time I’ve stayed and they had the same breakfast there past 2 times I’ve stayed there. That’s the only thing I suggest that could change

Very clean lobby, breakfast area and rooms. Very comfortable. Our room was on the 4th floor and we noticed some ants in the bathroom. We let housekeeping know and when we returned to our room later that day the ants were gone.

Great staff all around on every level. Breakfast was great and worth attending every morning. Coffee was on point. Rooms very cleaned and useful. Definitely will stay at Hyatts in the future

Exceptional

We had a group of four women staying in a room with two queen beds. We had plenty of towels and the sheets were changed daily. Breakfast was pretty decent and everything was very clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 5 days - room was clean, price was reasonable, good location, good breakfast (included) every morning. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area. Highly recommend.
