First time here and we loved it, super clean

The best thing about the hotel was it’s proximity to the Dickey’s Arena. It’s about a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk. There’s a small pool to use (which is handicapped accessible), a small gym and a decent breakfast area in the mornings. The rooms are fairly standard; nothing worth praise. Our main blanket had some weird dark stains and a small smear of dried blood so not impressed with the housekeepers attention to detail. Pretty neutral experience. There is a Dutch Bros coffee shop right outside the property so that’s a plus.

No Staff to talk to nobody up front to check out

Our 2 night stay was great. Great staff clean hotel and a good location for what we needed.

We chose this hotel since it is only a 20 minute walk to the Dickies Arena. Staff was friendly and we were checked in fast. Room was clean and had everything we needed for the night, or even longer since we had a mini kitchen with pots, plates, silverware etc. Breakfast was fine. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, and an oatmeal bar.

Rooms were clean and standard. Staff was super sweet and helpful. Breakfast was pretty solid. There is a 12$ parking fee for every night of stay

The hotel was disappointing. The restroom was very dirty and looked like it had not been properly cleaned, and one of the rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes. The only positive part of our stay was the food, which was good.

The coffee maker in the room did not work after putting in coffee and water

The staff spoke kindly however were not very attentive and constantly another areas chatting or on their phones not attending the front desk. We had pizza delivered and the staff said they'd notify us and didnt we had no idea for almost 40 minutes our pizza sat at the front desk and was left unattended. The hallways, pool and common areas were not clean. The positive the beds were clean and the breakfast was very good and well stocked. The breakfast attendant was very responsive and cleaned and maintained the bar nicely. Wouldn't stay here again - if a staff person includo g housekeeping and front desk can walk by the trash on the floor and in the hallways, common areas and outside parking lot and seating g areas repeatedly and not pick it up - that is generally a management issue! And frankly, how do you trust the clea li ess of other areas?
