Wekopa Casino Resort

The property was very well maintained and beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The casino has a good variety of games, and I was please that they kept $10 blackjack tables open all night. We will definitely return for more "staycations".

Prompt valet, quick check-in, clean room with everything you need and a comfy bed. Convenient food/bev downstairs any time, good casino, worth the extra drive time to get there.

Rooms clean, breakfast super. Playing golf they will run ya right to the front door of clubhouse! Outstanding stay!

Went to the pool. No wait staff. Unless you want a wrap or a smoothie you have to go into the casino (but don't you dare go into the casino in your swimsuit)! You must go back to your room, put clothing on to go get a sandwich from the market, get your sandwich (they are very very slow) then go back to put your suit back on so you can enjoy your "now not so very warm" burger by the pool. The place is set up such that they have signage to yell at you to not drag your luggage through the casino, yet the valet area is not aligned with the rooms! I dragged my luggage down some gravel path, through a smoking area in order to get to the rooms. Not a pleasant stay.

A nice get away for mom and little one, free breakfast, swimming! And of course the lovely scenery, everyone was so nice and polite. Will come back for another fun get away

The first night that we checked in the two young women at the front desk to check the sand same bothered that I interrupted their conversation by checking in horrible customer service skills the second night I had to go to the customer service desk to ask about how to get more coffee cups, and towel towels. The lady that was working the desk told me to go upstairs find my room number and come back down and tell her the room number before she can do anything she was standing right in front of the computer rude I asked her to look in a computer. She just looked at me. I reached hotel management that same night and explained to them what happened and I don’t know what the response was because no one has contacted me. These women have no customer service skills are very rude or maybe it’s just they were rude to me. I didn’t like it because I’m a paying customer. I wasn’t a bother at the hotel at All or wasn’t mean a route to anyone all I did was ask a question and check in, but I won’t go back here not to stay or gamble and I really don’t recommend it to anyone else.

Casino, restaurants, cleanliness, and awesome staff. The ballet service didn’t want to park my vehicle even though I stayed 3 days.

I was surprised that they had vouchers for breakfast.

Dawn is always so sweet and smiling and ready to help, and she makes you feel very welcomed.
