The property was very well maintained, staff friendly, overall great stay.

The first room was dirty! The restroom was unbearable they switched us rooms the next day was alot cleaner and well maintained

The room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. AC is a big must and that was excellent

The beds were very high especially for people with disabilities with no type of accommodations not even a step stole. Also, the rooms smelled like mildew from the carpets being washed from people bringing their pets. Lastly the rooms were not cleaned daily.

The bed was too high. I am 5ft and had trouble getting into it. The spread was a mattress pad between two sheets.

Hotel was dog friendly Got locked out of my room for about one hour due to room door lock being out of battery and staff’s struggle with reprogramming lock system from the office.

Great hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and excellent air conditioning. The property was well maintained, peaceful, and conveniently located. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!

Loved the space in the suite. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfy.

Great place to stay. The room was spacious with a desk and a sofa. The location was good with the freeway close by and several eating places close by. There was also a pool, several outside seating areas and a fitness center. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the wifi on my phone. Staff tried to help and turning the phone off and on worked sometimes. I ended up disconnecting the wifi and everything worked again. They said it was my phone but it works fine everywhere else.

The property wasn’t too bad it was within good range from food spots and the beach. But my wife immediately started feeling sick after staying the first night and is still sick 4 days after we have gotten back she has a bad cough and terrible nausea I saw reports of black mold at this location and then one night after trying to get the remote from behind the bed I found condom wrappers from previous guest along with a ton of other trash shoved bad there and some of the carpet was moist I’m pretty dissatisfied with our stay the best part of the trip was leaving the hotel every day I didn’t like the lack of cleanliness they have for their rooms there was brown stains in our shower and along the bottom of the shower as well along with the condom wrappers behind the bed that were from previous guest and left there for us to find

A family emergency necessitated a same-day reservation and stay. Very pleased with the hotel at a reasonable price, a very comfy bed and an AWESOME shower!

Nothing. This property cancelled my stay with no notice. I arrived to check in for my stay and was notified that they cancelled due to no credit card on file, which is untrue since it is mandatory to place a credit card in order to reserve the room. I had a confirmation code, email, and booking information to prove my booking. It was an extreme inconvenience since I was not made aware prior, and of course all rooms were booked due to an event that was taking place nearby. Do not book here unless you want to arrive to the property and have your entire trip ruined.
