sink was broken and staff was beyond rude shower didnt even put out hotwater bed was messed up. closed it down

The room was difficult to get to on the 2nd floor and the tv didn’t work with the remote that was there.

Nothing ,, I didn’t even stay ,, the detergent you use to clean was disgusting smell I didn’t realize it was a section 8 hotel .. I didn’t stay ,, I Left

I've stayed at many cheap, old, rundown motels. I don't care too much if people live in the place, or the room is a little dirty, or the towel bar is broken or whatever. When I went to check in, the man behind the bulletproof glass told me to let him know ASAP if I changed my mind after seeing the room and wanted a refund. It was 1AM and there were people just wandering the parking lot. When I pulled in, I had to wait for a man looking on the ground for something to get out of my path. When I parked, it took me a moment to realize that there was a man in the car next to me, sitting with the car off, smoking a blunt. To each his own, he wasn't bothering me. A roach flew out of the room as soon as I opened the door. There was a mysterious wood door in the room that was bolted from my side. I don't know if that was a closet or an entrance to an adjacent room. No fridge or microwave, as I was told. Then I looked at the beds. They were lumpy and misshapen. I've seen bedspreads with a cigarette burn or two, but this bedspread was so burnt, torn and stained that no sensible person would keep it. Between the odd door and the bed, I knew I couldn't stay there. I left at 1AM without having another room. I've never done that before. I thank them for refunding me. I found a room at 1AM that was on my way, 1 hour away near DC.

No microwave or fridge in rooms. Door to the room look like it has been kicked in at one point. Guy at the front desk stated if you don’t like the room come back immediately and it is no refunds. Partial parking lock entrance exit blocked. A lot of activities in the parking lot Left before it got dark…not sure what the environment would turn into when the the sun went down. Not sure if the pool was ever open we were there on Labor Day and it was shut down, completely covered with no pool furniture anywhere to be seen

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable and honestly shocking for a room being rented to paying guests. The room was filthy, poorly maintained, and in a condition that made me question the basic cleanliness and standards of this property. This was not simply an outdated room or a few minor issues. The overall condition was disgusting and unacceptable. I paid $593.88 for my stay and expected, at minimum, a clean and properly maintained room. Instead, I received an experience that was completely unacceptable for the amount of money I paid. What made the situation even worse was the response afterward. I have repeatedly attempted to get this matter addressed and have been left waiting for a meaningful resolution. The lack of urgency and accountability has been extremely disappointing. I understand Motel 6 is a budget hotel, but being a budget property is absolutely no excuse for filthy rooms or unacceptable conditions. Guests should not have to lower their standards to this extent simply because they chose a budget hotel. I would strongly recommend inspecting your room carefully before unpacking or settling in. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend staying at this property. I am still seeking a refund for this unacceptable stay.

No hot water, roaches , flies. Bedsheet has cigarette holes .

The beds were saggy and you could feel the springs when you laid on it housekeepers did not come to the room at all
