We found that this hotel was by far the best priced establishment in the area.Every other hotel has drastically gone up in price since our last visit. Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location what’s not to like?

King size beds could use more than four small, fake down pillows. That was a tad rough.

There was no breakfast. The location was fine. The person at the desk was not trained in her job. I booked 2 rooms for that night intending to have them split onto 2 different credit cards but the clerk said she couldn't do that. Now we have to transfer money between us to get the other paid (elderly person so no, it's not as easy as Venmo). No compensation on the room or anything. The morning clerk was knowledgeable and told us that could have been done at check-in. The bathtub faucet had apparently had issues they just tried to us caulking to fix it. It was peeling off and looked moldy. Half way through a shower the water pressure went down and then no water at all. My husband turned off the water and then back on and then had water. With issues like this it makes you wander how clean the beds really are. We won't stay here again when traveling to visit family.

Staff was super nice but our room wasn’t so great . We were right by the elevator and our mattress was very uncomfortable.. we could feel the springs. The room also had a funky smoke smell.

Friendly Staff. The surroundings were quiet. No restaurant at the location. No breakfast. No hot water (available electrical kettle), only in the reception area. My room had a very loud AC; I switched to another room in the middle of the night, but the same problem persisted. The next day, they found me a room with a normal AC unit.
