Thee staff was excellent, the property looks a bit run down and outdated. The carpet is loose and has stains throughout the whole building, the card readers on the exterior were all broken not allowing any access back into the building except for the front. Our room was very clean, my wife and I wanted to use the hot tub but sadly it was down for maintenance, and the pool was freezing cold. I probably would only stay here if you are planning on walking across the street to the airport.

Room keys never worked properly,I stood at my door for 2-10 min7 every time trying to open. I had 4 total keys. Guest in next room had same issue. Employee at the desk said “I hate these keys” tv was almost impossible to change channels very frustrating. When I went to ask help at front desk a for tv, another guest was asking the same thing. Door and tv caused much irritation when my goal was to come relax.

The property was clean and the employees are courteous. The breakfast was delicious.

The room wasn’t completely clean upon entering, I noticed large food crumbs behind the bedside table and stains in the bathroom. Room looked fairly rundown and the bed wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast was good though and the pool was pretty cool. Overall an okay experience since it was kind of a trade off: below average room for a cool indoor pool

Disgusting. Molded carpet in hall ways and room. Huge brown nasty stains on the mattress. Front desk very non caring and acted like they are use to hereing about these issues.

The staff was great. The property is a bit rundown. The room was fine but could’ve been cleaner. Mainly booked this hotel as it’s directly across from the airport and I had a 5am flight. It was convenient in that regard.
