Limited air conditioning circulation in rooms

The rooms were nice, the price was very good, and the staff was friendly, when they were available. Exceeded expectations for the price.

Dirty walls and ceiling water stains

we did not eat there Upon checking in our room was not ready the beds were not made and the room smelled like smoke although I reserved a non-smoking room the housekeeper attitude was unexceptable

Room smelled bad. Ice machine broken. The bathtub clogged. The sink stopper got stuck and the sink water was stuck until I got a knife to wedge it out.

Good price. Excellent location.

We didn’t stay there, we saw all the vagrants and two passed out on ground with police and ambulance there. Did feel safe and there was an abandoned building next door. Stay on the east end of Gallup very nice!!

Found dirty boxers in the restroom cabinet, used tissue on the floor, can hear every door opening and close on the whole floor, checking in there was no information given or even confirmation of the stay

It was clean and nice. We appreciated that there was a table aith two chairs. The breakfast area was a little crowded. The girl at the desk was helpful-she found an iron for us.

Right across the street from the railroad tracks which runs all night. Trash behind night stand been there for a while. A safe place, easy access to I 40 with shopping and food close. Not bad for the price, would stay again if passing through

Outside seemed unsafe after dusk

Very clean hotel, clean large size room with comfortable bed and pillows. Front office staff was friendly and had me checked in quickly. Plenty of parking. Could NOT hear the trains across the street, that others complained about. Mini fridge cooled my beverages quickly. Didn’t eat the breakfast in the mornings due to my schedule but it smelled delicious. The cleaning staff were hard workers and did a thorough job with the rooms. Checking out was a breeze and the price and the location were perfect for the Ford field softball tournament. Good place to stay for the price. Did not use the indoor pool but saw several people heading down the hall to use it. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk was not helpful at all and i checked in on the 26 of Aug because I was there for my mom's funeral and the booking i made and paid for 26th was post to be for 27,28,28,29 and i had 2 days free and paid for the the other 3 with the deal get 10% the 15% and 20% from the 1st and 2nd and 3 or more days and then I had my 2 free days which I didn't get and still hasn't came back to me or my key card of $20 which the ladies I spoke to on the phone to get this right set it all up again and i got 1 day off and the i paid the other days and all was well until my husband and I came back that after noon after my mom's funeral and to find out door locked and the front desk saying they gave no idea who we are and we didn't pay but that's not true and how about our things in the room oh that is still up I. The air. We called and talked to a Windham and they said it would be 48 to 72 hours before they would come up with a answer and send a email to let us know if we would get a refund and if we would get anything of our belongings that was not left. I must say the room was not very clean and my husband told the front desk that the top blanket had spots and hair and the floor and the in the bathroom was dirty and the tub looked like it wasn't even cleaned I guess that is where the front desk woman started to be very rude and even going so far to lock us out of the room we paid for and i can't believe someone would do that or even more do it to someone in there time of loss

The room was clean but smelled weird,.

Nothing I didn’t stay, no one ever came to the desk to check me in, couldn’t find worker even after calling out and pounding on window. Filthy property in bad neighborhood. Not safe, crackaddicts all over. They don’t answer phone and mailbox fill. I was charged and will sue if not refunded.

Overall the hotel was very dated, and could use some updating, and deep cleaning

Frig did not work. Tv did not work. Spider webs in corners.

They charged my card $20.
