The rooms were not clean. The little shampoo bottle was used. Mold in the bathrooms and closet. There was dirty towels thrown in all the way down the hallway as the cleaning people were just throwing towels and trash out of the rooms. There was as only tiny muffins and coffee for breakfast. Not even juice. We had to ask for our towels. We didn’t get the wash rags because they were still dirty. The ironing board didn’t have a cover on it. We had to use a towel. The morning desk clerk was asleep in 2 chairs pulled together. We had to wake her up to ask for breakfast. We ended up going out for breakfast since there really wasn’t breakfast. Diabetics can not eat tiny muffins.

Had to switch rooms due to mold growth on the wall. 2nd room air-conditioning did not work. We only had one towel left in room. Front desk kept picking up phone and hanging up when you called.Sheets on bed were used and dirty. When we first arrived the hallway was filthy with trash. The breakfast doesn't exist and not sure if I would eat anything at this hotel. Staff could only give you a generic email to send to manager. I had stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and it was never in this kind of shape.

We had a real nice room with a couch and a desk. Very roomy and the air conditioners worked well. Hotel was nice and clean. If there is only one bad thing I can say is that they didn't have anyplace to hang towels and we had to put the soap and shampoo on the floor in the shower. No biggy.

It’s an older building however, it should still be clean
-
Will not stay here again.

This was the worst choice point hotel I have ever stayed at. There were no towels in the room. It was not that clean. There were no breakfast of any kind. Very run down. I was afraid to walk around with out socks on my feet. To tell the truth it is very run down especially for the price I paid

This place has deteriorated over the last several years. Lamp shades have writing and holes in walls where the chairs try to hide it. Water comes out brown at first..I will not be staying here again. Staff is very kind and that is where I feel bad for them.

I mainly booked because the place looked clean and advertised real breakfast. The room was filthy and the breakfast was old stale muffins. The tv didn’t work and the room smelled moldy. I WILL NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE OR RECOMMEND IT AGAIN

There were toenail clippings when we walked in our room and the lights didn’t work in the bathroom and in the room and it smelled really bad. This used to be a good spot I don’t know why it went downhill
-
Save your money. It was absolutely disgusting. Sheets had pee all over them & no refund was given.
-
They really need to have dehumidifiers in the rooms. Everything was wet.
-
No towels in room, and the staff was not on same page!
-
Everything dirty and smelled terrible.
-
The hotel advertises breakfast included, but they don't serve breakfast, they said the kitchen is closed . This is the worst hotel I stayed at, terrible presentation, only one person at front desk, the whole place is neglected, dirty stinky terrible!

We went down for breakfast this morning and we found some mini muffins and some coffee. We were very dissatisfied.

The hair dryer didn’t work. There were crumbs in the chair. There was trash in the floor. There wasn’t a top flat sheet. The faucet had very poor pressure. The lamp on the desk didn’t have a light bulb. There was no shower mat. No bath soap.

Not a safe location. Poorly kept property. Parking lot was dirty. Breakfast consisted of mini-muffins and black coffee (old). Very disappointed that Expedia would even include this in their available listing. Booked this because it was close to shop channel. It wasn’t cheap, but man that walked in off the street was given a $109 rate for the exact same room. I should have known better than to book a Sleep Inn

The room and property is average, but if you are looking for a breakfast, which they advertise is included in the price, is terrible. The only items available for breakfast are coffee and mini muffins. That's all. Very disappointing. Also, they usually don't have staff at the front desk.

The bathroom was not clean , the shower was dirty and the mirror was filthy! I had to ask for towels because we had 1 towel . The website says free hot breakfast and that’s not true , when I asked the receptionist about the time for breakfast she said we only give muffins and coffee.

We stayed here the night before our cruise in July, and the reason that we picked this hotel was to leave our vehicles in the lot while we were gone the following week. It was $60 to leave our truck in the lot....however...we did not realize that the cruise port shuttle was $10.00 per person until checking in. We had 8 people in our party. We had 4 people sharing 2 rooms, but upon check in, there were no towels in the room, so we had to go get some from the front desk. In the bathroom, there was paint blotches everywhere in the actual shower, like no care was taken at all in putting these rooms together. The gentleman that drove us to the port was a super nice man, but we had 9 people squished into 1 shortbed truck for the shuttle. So, to pay 10.00 each for a shuttle where we all had sit on each other's laps was a little crazy to me. But the worst part was after he came to pick us up in the same shortbed truck on our return shuttle, after we loaded into our own vehicles and started driving away from the hotel, the manager of the hotel ran us down to tell us we owed ANOTHER $80.00 for our return shuttle. (in addition to the 30 tip there and the 30 tip back) It was a 2 mile trip for 9 passengers in a 5 passenger vehicle. I couldn't even believe this. My husband paid this for our group, just so we could quickly get back on the road for our 15 hour trip home. I was just very disappointed.
